Description of Work: Extensive urine damage in the car, including seats and carpet. Old food left in trunk required carpet removal and steam cleaning. Seats and carpet were removed and steam cleaned in main compartment to eliminate smell. They did the best they could with an impossible situation.

Description of Work: Fresh Start Detail did an interior detail of our 1999 4Runner. This is the second time we've used them, and they truly do great work. The only drawback is the price, as they are definitely more expensive than other auto detailing options.

Description of Work: Got a full detail for an inexpensive online price (can't remember who from). The work was adequate for the price, but I expected more (based on the original price). I was surprised that Fresh Start didn't try harder to earn my business with the quality of the work. (Note: I'm not sure of when I had the service, but it feels like a long time ago; 2012 is an estimate)

Description of Work: This car had extensive urine soaked carpet and seats. Assorted other foul odors were also present. They were able to remove and steam clean the carpet, back liner in trunk and the seats to remove the smell and make it drivable.
