Description of Work: On August 13,2015 Fish sent a worker out to wash our windows inside and out and clean the storm windows at an estimated cost of $330.00. This worker left one window uncleaned at all because he needed to have a second man to help because of size of the window. Someone was to come help in one or two days. The worker showed us the work he had done. It seemed fairly clean, so we paid the amount quoted with a notation on the invoice that the large window would be done soon. HOWEVER when we tried to open the windows for air circulation we realized many of the storm windows would not operate as they had before. Upon closer inspection we discovered that the worker had damaged many of the aluminum frames when he removed the windows for cleaning, and the sections were off track because the frames were bent and gouged. We phoned the office, the worker was to return later in the day to fix things. He did not come until after eight o'clock in the evening, and brought and offered us left overs from his trip to Taco Bell! He worked on the windows for some time and was only making things worse. We asked him to leave, and I stopped pay on the check. When we talked to the office manager he was apologetic and courteous, but could only make some necessary repairs until the owner would be back in town to look at things. In about a week the owner came by and checked the damage to frames, but never apologized or offered to repair the well documented damage. He offered instead to let the office manager rewash some windows and finish cleaning the large picture window. He also would provide four new screens that were old and ugly. We told him we did not want the new screens, but needed to have all windows and storm windows working as well as before. We showed him the problems and told him we might need to have our lawyer take a look at things and get her advice. At this point he said he would then have all turned over to their lawyers and the expense to us would be far greater than just $330.00. The owner would not make cost adjustments or apologies. Throughout this whole ordeal the office manager, Rudolfo, tried to make things right as much as possible. But the owner, Kevin Lambert, had no concern for quality of work or customer satisfaction. When the windows had been all washed and the storm windows were working fairly well, we were so tired and discouraged that we paid the estimate amount and hoped to never dwell on the whole disgusting episode. All this ordeal lasted almost two months! And since then we have discovered that storm window seals were broken allowing moisture to leak between the windows, and there is a small surface crack in the picture window. These were not the case before the cleaning. We have never had such terrible, terrible service on anything we have ever had done.

Description of Work: 1-level house, all windows and sliders (including 3 skylights). Very nice and professional young man performed the work. He was a bit new, so a little slower, but he wanted to do quality work and I had no place to be, so it worked out just fine! The only slightly negative comment would be to be sure to get the slider tracks a little cleaner. But I will definitely call Fish again!!

Description of Work: Cleaned all windows inside and out. Cleaned all visible mirrors, around heat registers, exterior oven door. All was lovely.

Description of Work: Double paned, double sided windows cleaning of two duplexes. They were old windows and not cleaning for several years by past owners. Staff took extra care of these old 70's windows, they looked new when job was finished.

Description of Work: Had all my windows cleaned. This included second story windows accessed from uneven terrain, skylights as well as cathedral type windows that go up 2.5 stories. It was all accessed by hand and a beautiful job done.
