Description of Work: Oscar and crew came into our old basement as the first stage of our basement remodel. He replaced our old pipes, rearranging them so our ceiling height would be as much as possible. He also plumbed in a full bathroom and put in a new water heater. His work was fast, clean and very professional. It was a pleasure to have him in the house! Upon completion of the remodel, he came back to install the toilet, shower and sink. He was very careful to keep our new carpet clean, using throw cloths. He was excited to see the finished work. All in all an A +!

Description of Work: Thought I had a leaky pipe in my outdoor irrigation system. Plumber Matt investigated and was quickly able to determine that it was just a remote drain valve that hadn't been fully closed by the landscapers. Service call price of only $45 was very reasonable and Matt was pretty good in making sure that there wasn't any kind of contributing problem.
