Excellent service. I called in the AM, they came over in the afternoon, and they ended up being able to complete all the work that day.

They tried to help me to do it on my own but it was best they did it-kind, gentlemanly, reasonable.

I chose Excellence Plumbing because of their positive reviews, especially with respect to their customer service, and I was not disappointed. I was not home, so my wife interacted with them, and she had very positive things to say about them. And they fixed all the issues and explained what was causing them. I'm very happy with the service and will use them again. *When Justin came out the first time, he explained that the issue with the sink was due to our 20 year old water heater, and that it should be replaced soon. Based on his recommendation, we had him come out a second time to replace it. Once again he was very professional, patient, and helpful. We were very pleased with his work. I will definitely use Excellence Plumbing for any needs in the future.

Oscar explained how the filtration system works and how to change the filters. He called the next morning to make sure all was okay. |I'm very happy that I've found a plumber for all my plumbing needs. Friendly and considerate people.

Examine the leak of the toilet. And point out the problem. Since the job is easy for me to do. I opt paid for the $45 fee for check out. Very polite and pleasant to work with.

Was soaking in the guest room tub one evening, up to my chin in lavender-scented bubbles, when the cat took a sudden interest in the toilet. She batted wildly at the side of the bowl, and then--bam--leapt onto the lid with a howl. I thought she might have been startled by a large spider. Turned out, she'd been batting at water trickling down the side of the toilet, water that suddenly gushed (onto the cat). I ignored the yowling (and very wet) cat, grabbed some towels to staunch the flow, shut off the water to the tank and called Oscar. He came the next morning, fixed the leak and got the toilet working again. Then he looked at a poorly installed kitchen faucet that also leaked, fixed the leak and also stopped the pullout hose from catching. He helped me adjust the water flow in the shower, and checked a couple other things. This isn't the first time Oscar's been out. Each time he's quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it, and been very helpful with advice. He cleans up after himself (or his men, if he brings a crew), is always on time and (I think) is very reasonably priced. This spring I'm remodeling my bathroom and will need a plumber to manage shifting pipes and installing new fixtures. Oscar will be the first guy I call.

Quick, responsive and friendly. They came in even though it was late in the day and did the job at a fair price.

Justin arrived and took a look at the problem. He patiently explained what was needed and the costs. He had everything he needed on the truck and was done in less than one hour. He was extremely professional and courteous. The faucet works perfectly. I would strongly recommend this crew!

They also replaced the drain pipes under the sink. They guys were very friendly and explained what had happened and what my options were.

The service of this company was fantastic. A copper pipe burst in my attic ceiling above my garage and was making a huge mess, causing some water damage. The guys came out and within an hour the problem was fixed. I really appreciated their urgency and rapid repair. I highly recommend them.

I called Excellence Plumbing and they came within an hour! The technician was prompt, efficient and professional. They give a one year warranty on their work. Unlike the rest of the plumbers I have called, they don't charge by the hour, but rather by the job. I felt like their prices were a touch high, but the fact that they came out ASAP made it worthwhile.

The new toilet was purchased and installed and the old toilet was removed. The new toilet works very well and the improved flushing capacity and redduced noise is excellent. The faucet leak was fixed. Oscar is the consumate professional. He did the entire job (including travel to get the new toilet) in 1 1/2 hours.The qaulity of the work is excellent.

The guys from Excellence Plumbing, Justin and Ferdie, showed up promptly, were professional, courteous and kept me informed of what steps they were going to take. After some extensive digging deep into the muddy hillside, they located the problem, repaired it, and put everything back in order as far as the landscaping. I definitely recommend them and referred them to my neighbor for a plumbing issue.

Cleaned and serviced hot water heater. Where mot able to fix problem, but let me know up front that it was not a guarantee. Still having problems they sent out another technician to take a look and give suggestion on other options

He was the first to respond to my many phone calls to multiple plumbing companies. He took the phone number of my tenant and did all the scheduling, which I appreciate since it makes my life easier. He showed up, called me to inform that he was performing the job, made my tenant happy, and mailed me the bill. I have not seen the finished result, but the picky tenant had all positive comments to say with regard to the service and end product (This same tenant has had negative comments about other providers in the past.)

Everything was fine. He explained everything from the new heater to the cost. He was very nice and friendly.

I called on 7/4/12 fully expecting to leave a message at the business and not expecting to hear back until the next day in order to schedule a time for a plumber to come out. I was amazed when the picked up the phone and took down my information! The person on the other end was enjoying their fourth of July holiday and took the time to schedule an appointment for me the next day. On 7/5/12 the plumber came at the exact time stated and fixed the problem in an hour. I have used this company since then and will continue to do so. Thanks for the great service.

Good communication skills, excellent service, prompt response, fair price, did a clean and professional job.

Plumber showed up on time and completed job as expected. Cost went up slightly because some of the surrounding piping was replaced to get a good seal (old fitting leaked slighly with new valve). Only changed me materials for the extra work which I appreciated. Felt the appearance the of repair could have been improved. Perhaps instead of using a cheap plastic strap to hold the whole assembly against the all the wall some Pex hose clips would have looked a little better. This plumbing is visible in the garage near the garden hose otherwise I wouldn't care about appearance. Also the previous piping was wrapped with insulation which seemed unnecessary but none was applied to new assembly.

They were very nice. We were trying to fix the situation at 10:00 at night and I called them that night. The owner answered the phone and I was embarrassed because I thought I would just leave a voicemail. When I explained to him what had happened, he said would have someone here at 8:30 the next morning and he did. So that was an excellent experience.

Oscar and his team are fantastic! Not only did Oscar swing by our new house on his way home from work to do an in-person estimate, his bid was fair and we got a good "feeling" from him. Hired to do the job, he showed up on time, completed the work with great efficiency and flexibility (we had other contractors on site as well) and went the extra mile when we found a rotted out sub-floor in our master bath. He built us a temporary so our new toilet didn't end up in the crawl space before we could renovate. We will definitely hire him again for the work ahead.

Called after hours. (..of course...! ) Someone called back the next morning and scheduled an appointment for the afternoon.Justin, the plumber, came on time, diagnosed the problem, estimated the cost, performed the work , and was very friendly all the way along. No "attempts" to tell me that something else is wrong that's not wrong, which I GREATLY appreciate. We very seldom had such a positive experience.
