It took a few days before they could get to us so we just stopped taking showers in that bathroom for a few days (luckily we had a second shower). Everything else went great. I had to patch a hole in the ceiling after he was done but that was unavoidable.

Very considerate about the quality of work done. Oscar even check into my crawl space to make sure that the leak had only affected a small area behind the washer.

The price was right, they were very careful not to scratch our wood floor. They had to go down into the crawlspace to do it, which you can imagine how yucky that was! Everything was right, I will definitely use them for any other plumbing issue that comes up in the future.

Our water bill was excessive for 2 billing cycles. The water department determined we had a leak but it was not at the water meter 600 feet away so it was our responsibility to do the repair. The leak was also not in the crawl space where the service line enters the home. How to find the leak? Water detection services are very expensive. Oscar found the leak within 15 minutes of arrival in our outside irrigation. He did not have all the parts with him so off he went to buy them, returned and fixed the leak, also installing a backflow preventor and a 1" pipe we can connect to in the future to expand our irrigation system. I was a bit shocked at the bill, but in all fairness, I had nothing to compare it to. I am very happy the leak was repaired quickly.

Had a leaking kitchen faucet. Called and set up an appointment easy enough. Oscar showed up right on time. He's certainly personable and punctual, but he charged me $200 labor for the <1.5 hours needed to replace the faucet. The total bill was $50 more than he told me up front. Nice guy, but with those prices, I'll look elsewhere next time.

Very good experience. Called and Oscar came over that afternoon to check the situation. He gave me a couple of options and I decided to fix the toliet instead of replacing it. He took his shoes off in my home both for the first visit and for the repair (a few days later) and left no mess whatsover. He was very professional and fast.

When we researched plumbers on Angies List we were most impressed with Excellence Plumbing, including the company profile and the member reports. I called first thing in the morning and Shelly scheduled our service for 1 pm the same day. Not only did they arrive before the appointed time, I was impressed to see two very clean well-dressed gentlemen who took off their shoes before entering my home. After assessing the shower situation, Oscar quoted the cost of repair and I told him to proceed. Oscar's trainee turned off the water outside and then they proceeded to fix the leaks and explained why the leaks occurred. Oscar thoroughly tested the shower to make sure there were no more leaks, then he and his assistant cleaned up the area before leaving.

He is very accommodating and very responsive by calling back and really easy person work with.

They were very good, they were professional, he was very personable, I could not find any problems with his work, he did the job for a reasonable amount of money and they did it within the time frame.

Oscar and his wife Shelly are a delight to work with. Oscar is always cheerful and very accommodating. He is very knowledgeable and even made suggestions for the best products to use. I called several times, after hours, expecting to leave a message on an answering machine. Instead, Shelly would answer the phone. They even rescheduled my toilet installation at a moment's notice, on a holiday weekend. I had scheduled a painter to paint the bathroom all day the Thursday and Friday before Labor Day. The toilet was to be installed the following Tuesday morning. The painter was done early Friday. I called Oscar at 12:30 on Friday afternoon and asked if he could come out and install the toilet that day. He and his wife were getting ready to leave town for the Labor Day weekend, but Oscar said he'd see what we could do. A few minutes later, he was at my door and the toilet was installed that same afternoon. We still have another bathroom and a kitchen to remodel. You can be sure I'll be using Excellence Plumbing.

He seemed knowledgeable about his work, arrived on time and completed the work satisfactorily. I would use him again.

The projects went smoothly and we were very happy with Oscar's work, punctuality, efficiency and personality. He told us how long it would take to start and begin each project and finished them within his estimated time frame. I was particularly happy with the fact that he finished one project before starting another in the home, this ensured that we constantly had a functioning bathroom. I was also extremely happy that Oscar was able to do above and beyond his scope of work. Once the built in cabinets were removed, the walls required some basic patching. Rather than have me call someone to do this, Oscar simply did this himself. The vanities were installed that day! We are also happy with the toilets that he recommended. They use 1/3 of the water of the previous toilet and have double the flush power...YES!! Equally as important, we were very happy with Oscar's integrity....he stuck to the price/ work plan and finished the projects on time and within budget. I highly recommend them.
