Oscar showed up to give us a bid on time the day he said he would. He was very personable and both my husband and I liked the fact that he was easy to talk with and had ideas with options for the job. He clearly knew what he was doing. He also spent a lot of time discussing how the job would be done as well as answering our questions. When we received the bid it was well within reason. When the day came to have the pipes done, Oscar and his crew showed up again on time. Both my husband and I really appreciated that. My husband stayed home during most of the work so they could have access to the house and to make sure our dogs weren't too freaked out. All the workers were courtesous, professional and personable. Along with installing the pipes, Oscar was willing to fix some faucets for us and install a part we needed. They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave a mess in my house or yard. The job took 4 days to complete and was done on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Excellence Plumbing. We will definitely use them again.

He arrived on time, looked at the leak & told me what had caused the problem (faulty installation), since it was an expensive toilet (Toto) that had come with the house we had just purchased. He quickly fixed it, and was very neat & tidy--which means a lot! (I hate it when plumbers tromp in & out with muddy shoes and leave a mess behind!). I was very impressed with the quality of the job he did, and also by the fact he charged me significantly less (!) than was originally estimated on the phone when I described the job to his office. The company could've charged me the original quote, and I'd never know the difference--but he was so honest about how much easier the problem was to fix! I would definitely call Excellence Plumbing again for future plumbing problems.

Excellence Plumbing was easy to reach and schedule with. They were very busy, but managed to have an available spot within a couple of days. The day of the appointment they needed to reschedule due to an emergency plumbing issue that required both plumbers. They made a point to be at our house by 8 am the next day, and they were on time. Dale was very helpful. He cleared our drain with no problem and showed me how to fix it myself the next time. It took him a while to figure out how to keep the tank from leaking, but he ended up getting it back together using the new parts that we'd purchased. Our toilet is fully functioning now. We used the 10% coupon on our service, so our price reflects that subtraction. We were happy with the results, and they had good customer service. We were a bit surprised that the total ended up being so much since we didn't need to have anything snaked or replaced, but then again, we've never had to hire a plumber before.

They looked at my situation, advised me and gave me an estimate. I choose to go forward, and they promptly got to work. They would have been done sooner, but they had to go get a part from town, 10 miles away. They finished up when they returned. They were pleased that I was an Angie's List customer and were happy to give me the 10% discount I found they offered in that case.

They arrived in a timely manner, despite the difficulty everyone has finding the foot of my long driveway the first time. A slow and mysterious leak had damaged the wood floor to the guest bathroom seldom entered. They immediately located the source but then had to shut off the well's pump and locate the relevant valves outside the house and in the root cellar. They even changed a burnt-out light blub in that root cellar. Once they saw how truly hard my orange well water was, they returned to the shop for special flappers to better resist damage from that water. This was all AFTER I had approved the estimate and resulted in no additional charges. What especially impressed me is that the men tidied up ugly and nasty sealant jobs around the toilets, seals that have caught dust, been hard to clean, and have bothered me for years. This was also outside the estimate and an unexpected bonus. Very nice men who clearly know their trade--and I have had my share of so-so and even BAD plumbers over the years. I will be a return-customer and stop trying out new firms!

From the person who answered the phone at Excellence Plumbing to the plumber who came to our house, my experience was excellent. I was given a quote over the phone. I asked if the plumber would come with a truck full of supplies and was told he would. I was also told that if he did not have the part, I would not be billed for the time it took him to leave and get the part. The plumber took his shoes off when he came inside, fixed the toilet and cleaned out the showerhead. He left everything the way he found it. He was friendly, professional and explained everything well. He also reminded me that Angie's List members were given a 10% discount for this type of job. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again.

One tank was not filling. They cleaned the line of debris. The other was filling slowly and sometimes leaking. He replaced the flush kit. Good communication -- I was told up front what the repairs would cost.

We obtained three bids for the job. Excellence was the lowest bidder but all had excellent reviews on Angies's List. Their original estamater was followed up by a visit from Oscar the owner and person who performed the repipe. I felt that he paid more attention to the project and therefore provided the lowest and most accurate cost for the project. The work was scheduled and performed in a professional manner. Dale, a plumber employed by Oscar, did a great deal of the job was personable and patient responding to all my questions. The disruption was minimal and they recommended a drywall company, that is doing a good job with the patch up work.

True to their name, Excellence Plumbing provided excellent work for a fair price. They replaced the hardware under the kitchen sink and also replaced a leaky outside faucet. They even gave us a 10% discount for being a member of Angie's List.

Employee showed up on time and was very punctual. He spent about two hours trying to get clog out, but finally decided his equipment wasn't strong enough. He had to come back the next day for another hour or two. My only complaint was having to leave work twice to get the job done. However, I would use company again, as price was very reasonable, and all contacts were satisfactory.

Below is the email I sent to Excellence Plumbing. I had a very poor experience with the person who came to do the estimate on replacing a garbage disposal and outside faucet replacement. The man was more salesman than anything. He bordered on uncomfortably pushy and non committal. Getting a real estimate was impossible as he just kept floating numbers out there. He pushed only one model on me and kept telling me how much easier installation would be if he did it with the disposal he had in his van. He fiddled around under our sink and didn't return things the way they were and later when my wife was doing dishes, water starting rushing out from under our sink and flooded our kitchen. He didn't reconnect the pipes he dislodged. I was very disappointed. I've hired plumbers before and they've all been very honest about what I could do myself and what really needs to be done by the professionals. Our sink already had an InSinkErator installed and swapping out for a newer machine doesn't seem like it was worth paying over $200 just to have them maybe cut down a piece of PVC pipe so the pipes fit at the end. I don't think for one second there was only one type of disposer in his van. I ordered an InSinkErator model better than the model through Amazon with free 2-day Prime Shipping for less than he quoted me for the model 'in the van'. I won't hire them. The man who came here seemed okay, he was a little bit of a salesman more than a person I wanted to hire for plumbing work. He fiddled with the garbage disposal and failed to put the pipes back together. We had a huge mess afterward. Maybe I mistakenly assumed he would put everything back the way he found it. He never gave an actual quote. It was more like getting a gym membership where you are never really sure how much everything costs. He wasn't sure of model types or sizes, he only referred to one type of disposer. Overall, I am very disappointed. The model he pushed, I looked up on Amazon. He grossly mislead me as to how difficult the installation would be for myself to do it and kept talking about redoing the pipes after the disposer is installed. It seems like it is designed to install myself. We will not be requiring your services.

I loved the service. Everything went perfectly. I love having hot water again and the pressure at my kitchen sink makes me feel like I have a whole new kitchen. I have been raving about the great service to all my friends. Professional, courteous service.

I had a 1:00 appt and he showed up at 1:00. He covered his shoes and was patient with my attention craving dog. He had to replace the kitchen sink strainer, which had been leaking for quite some time and was corroded and very difficult to remove. He replaced it with a higher quality part and it looks great. The plumber was very nice and didn't tell me how gross it was when he pulled a ponytail sized clump of hair out of the bathtub drain. He recommended a strainer to place over the drain to reduce the hair that goes down the drain. I will definitely call Excellence Plumbing the next time I need work done.

I expected to pay much more, and wondered if the estimate cost they quoted was only for parts. Nope, the whole cost of the work was right on target with their very fair estimate. In addition they were prompt, courteous, and explained everything in detail. I'd recommend them to all.

We purchased the items and had the plumber install them. Everything was fine.

The plastic chain in my toilet broke off from the flapper and could not be reattached. I called Excellence Plumbing because they are highly rated on Angie's List. They made an appointment for a plumber to come out the next day. He arrived on or only a few minutes after the appointment time. He fixed the toilet with a flapper and metal chain which I believe was better than what I had before. Although, it may have been a small job, it isn't something I knew how to do myself and it needed to be fixed. The plumber who came out was very professional and willing to answer all my questions.

Good work, quick and conscientious. The company had quoted me one number and the plumber said it usually cost about 40% more, but he gave us the quoted price. They also included a 1-year warranty on the work.

The company was friendly, knowledgeable and professional but I decided not to do this project so did not select anyone.

Excellence Plumbing is wonderful. Oscar and his assistant, Sahal, are honest and trustworthy people that you should have no hesitation to welcome into your home. They worked quickly, for a very fair price and Sahal did about the best job of patching a drywall hole that I have seen. Other plumbers I have worked with will cut a hole in your drywall and just leave it to you to hire someone else to fix their mess. Excellence Plumbing will ALWAYS get my business!

Originally had an appointment set up for a week earlier, due to duct cleaners needing to use house water we rescheduled, Shelly was great with setting up a new time. Joe came out and looked at the shut off, he needed to make a parts run due to the type of fitting/pipe on the current valve; unfortunately the spacing of the pipes was just odd enough that the pieces he got did not work and the parts location closest to my house was closing in a few minutes. He called Shelly and she went by George Morlan, picked up the pieces and delivered them! Joe finished the valve and it works great. I appreciate the work, the very fair price and no extra charges due to the parts delivery needed and will look to hire them again for any plumbing issues.

We have wasted thousands of gallons of water waiting for hot water to reach our back bathrooms. After 5 years of this we read about these recirculation pumps. I found Excellence Plumbing at the top of Angies List and called. Oscar came the same day to offer a bid. Shelley Emailed the bid a couple of days later. Via Email they answered questions, even messaging at 11pm! I was stunned! We scheduled, they called to adjust the plan and arrived on time with Oscar and two helpers. The nipple and valve replacements were necessary once our water systems were opened. The house is 37 years old. After the flow pump T valves were installed, rust from old pipes had to be purged several times. Oscar found a previous vent hole for the dryer, making his job easier and he lowered the price for that part of the job. All the work was done in 2.5 hours. After they left, more rust in the kitchen faucet clogged it. I called Shelley, she planned the return visit, then called again to shorten the wait time. They returned within two hours, purged the pipes and charged nothing. All systems work as desired though we sometimes must wait for really cold water now! But hot water is at all faucets within 15 seconds. We have no more fire hazard with the dryer vent. Never in my years of hiring contractors have we had such outstanding customer service.

It went very well and we got our money's worth and a great sense of assurance that the job was well performed.

Our new garbage disposal was installed by Joseph. He was very professional and friendly. Our new disposal is high quality with a 3 year warranty. Excellence extends the warranty to 7 years. Additionally, we were given a 10% Angie's List discount. Willl use Excellence for all future plumbing needs.

It was excellent. It was less money than I expected to pay. They responded quickly and solved the problem.

An outside faucet froze and burst. After turning off the water main I selected Excellence Plumbing from Angie's list because they were near by. I was told on the phone that the basic visit charge (estimate) would would be $45 and if any work was done it would be at least $90. Oscar and a helper came within an hour, replaced the faucet and wrapped it with insulation. Oscar also turned off another outside faucet to prevent freezing. The original charge was $105 including $15 for a new faucet. When I told Oscar I had located him thru Angie's List he gave me a $15 discount.
