 + -1 moreIt went like clockwork. I called EU late on Monday afternoon and Terrill was here at 10 AM right on the nose as planned. He had to drive from Beaverton to Vancouver so getting here right on time is an accomplishment in itself. Terrill works fast and accurately. He is respectful to my home and business needs while he is working. I don't think I could find anyone better. There is no wasted time on the job.
Description of Work: I needed a network set up for my home office. Also needed my computers set up for remote access.

Description of Work: We scheduled Terrill to come to our home and replace the video card so that we could get a game to work. After being here just two minutes, he stated that our computer is not compatible with the video card we need. Hence he did not sell us a new video card. He did adjust how some of our programs boot to better suit our needs. He charged us nothing for the service call.

 + -1 moreThey were on time, and responded immediately. They guarantee the work, and respond to questions right away. Someone always answers the phone. They are very knowledgeable. This company has helped me numerous times over the last few years. The service is always excellent.
Description of Work: They found and removed viruses and added virus protection. They installed memory and consulted regarding some problems.
