+ -1 moreEd came to my house and worked on my old Powerbook. As someone who doesn't know very much about computers, I found Ed very helpful and willing to listen. He was efficient and personable, and also quickly answered my emails when I had questions after he left. He definitely went above and beyond with his helpfulness.
Description of Work: Installed RAM, picked out WiFi amplification hardware, cleaned and cleared and made my old Mac fresh and quick again.
