Walt acommodated my request to do the job outside on my patio. The chairs dried very quickly. He was fast and efficient. All of them turned out great.

He was really good. I've only had him once, but he was really good. I had a neighbor refer him. He was really nice. He did a good job.

Went well but a couple of spots came back. I was told it might happen.

Everything went great. The rug looks like new.

We have been using Walt for about 7 years now and he is the most polite,efficient, professional and friendly worker we have ever had in our home. He is always punctual and does a meticulous job. what impressed me and my husband is he uses corner protectors so his long hose doesnt scuff or mark the walls in our home . He cleaned our 10 year old microfiber sofas for the 1st time.. and I can honestly tell you they were well worn and marked and they look brand new. VERY impressed in the products he uses also as I have chemical sensitivities and i never get headaches or reactions from the eco friendly products Walt uses. Walt talks everything through with you before starting work and makes sure your completely satisfied at the end of his work.. I highly reccommend you use Walt to clean your carpets and furniture. Walt Bush is the owner and does all of his own cleaning, which he takes seriously and clearly wants to do the best job possible. We have a lot of carpet -- and a new puppy. That means lots of messes. Walt spent about 5 hours getting every tiny stain out. He was meticulous, informative about how we can get future stains out ourselves, and very nice. Less than a week later, the urine smell in only one spot on our stair landing came back because our puppy has peed there so often. I emailed him about it and he happily came back THE NEXT DAY and took care of it -- and a new stain -- FREE OF CHARGE. This is why we support small, locally owned businesses. Walt has accountability for the success of his company, and he cares about the job he does. He has cleaned our carpets three times now in the past year, and every time has been very professional, thorough, informative and very nice. He also wears booties over his shoes and cleans up everything down to the tiniest speck of water from the hoses. Everything is done from inside of his van; he doesn't need to use a sink. We could not be happier with Walt and his buisness.

The Green method used was impressive and did a great job. Larry explained the products and procedure and did a very thorough job. My carpets had not been cleaned for a long time and now they look and feel wonderful.

Walt did an amazing job cleaning my carpets (and I'm very particular when it comes to quality). I am very impressed! He was even very careful to protect my floors and baseboards from any damage from the hose. I will definitely be using Eco Clean again.

Walt cleaned the bedrooms and stairs in a rental apartment. It came out great. I have used him between tenants before.

We use Walt's service annually and have referred him to our neighbors. He does an initial walkthrough to find pet trouble spots . Especially like NOT having a heavy detergent smell afterwards. We are always happy to see hoe clean the carpet is when he's done.

Walt did a supurb job of cleaning our carpet. In fact, it's the best cleaning we have ever had. We contacted him because of Angie's List reviews and because we wanted a provider who would use BioKleen products. He was professional, didn't try to "oversell" and his price was very reasonable. We also liked that he charges by the square foot instead of per room so he was able to tackle some spots in a room without having to do the entire room. We will definitely use him next time and highly recommend him.

Walt spends so much time to get the job done right! I use him for my residence and also in my business (property management). He shows up as scheduled and comes prepared. He wants to know all the details of any stains or conditions. One of the great things about his service is that the carpets are virtually dry by the time he is done...maybe 2-3 hours later at the most. If there are any issues such as a recurring stain he is always willing to revisit. Highly recommended. There are a lot of carpet cleaning companies out there but choose Walt and eco-clean and you will not be disappointed.

Every detail -- from my initial inquiry and setting of an appointment to the actual cleaning -- went perfectly. Walter was professional, informative, and pleasant. He was also careful in measuring the amount to be cleaned, in laying down protective drape cloth throughout the three floors for the tubing, and determing the best approach for different rugs. The equipment and environmentally preferred products were high quaiity and effective in results. Now that we know how easy this is and how affordable, we will be regular customers.

Will definitely be asking Eco Clean to visit our home again! These folks are really nice and accommodating, and do great work. The first time that I called, the receptionist was really friendly and helpful. I was hoping to get a last minute appointment to have new carpets cleaned before moving into new home (despite being new, they were still dirty and dusty from construction). We weren't sure about our closing date until the last minute, so we couldn't schedule a carpet cleaning appointment in advance. To make a long story short, the receptionist offered to shift around their schedule so that they could squeeze us in for the following day or so, before we planned to move into our place. So nice! Walt showed up a little bit behind schedule on the day of, but I didn't mind because I was just so grateful that he squeezed me in at the end of his long day! Plus he called to inform me that he was running a little late, which I appreciated. He is very professional and amicable. As a young woman, I felt comfortable having him in my home. Walt is also conscientious and careful when moving about your home. He wore booties in my house and brought guards to protect the walls from scuffing when he brought in equipment. In almost no time at all, my carpets smelled and looked clean. After Walt's visit, I felt much better about moving in and bringing home my five animals. I was also able to get a few helpful tips on how to maintain nice-looking carpets in my pet-friendly home. Another plus-- Eco Clean also offers a discount on their cleaning services if your home is empty, which mine was. If I'm remembering correctly, I also may have received an additional discount for being a member of Angie's List. Overall, I highly recommend this company! I know that I'll be returning to them in the future!

This is the third year that Eco Clean Carpet Cleaning has cleaned our carpets. I'm so glad to have found a company that I like so well (as in any profession, once you find someone you really like, they're always your "go-to"). One of the features that made me try Eco Clean the first time was the fact that I didn't have to move any furniture out of the room (this was required with previous cleaners). I also liked and agreed with their commitment to the environment by using responsible equipment and cleaners. Walt first asks if there are any trouble spots that he should know about. Then the carpets are first vacuumed and then sprayed with an orange scented natural cleaner. Then they are cleaned and flushed. The house smells so clean and the carpets look like new again. We have two dogs and the carpets pick up their oils. Before Walt cleans, you can easily see the heavy traffic patterns and dirtier spots in the carpets. But when he is done, everything looks so clean. I like the fact that the cleaning products are safe for us, our pets, and the environment. And the carpets dry in just a few hours. Walt is professional and yet so very personable. He's a real joy to have him come work in my home. He takes pride in his work and always treats us with respect. A Living Social "coupon" has recently come out from a company with a similar name, but is based in Issaquah, Washington. Please note that this is NOT the same company.

I called to schedule carpet cleaning. A week later I had to change the date and they worked with me easily to do that. Walt showed up at the exact scheduled time. We toured the house and then he gave me a quote. He cleaned the carpets and they looked great for about six hours until my dog got diarrhea all over the living room and dining room.

Walt is an amazing guy. My husband has dealt with him multiple times over the years as he is the ONLY person that cleans our carpet. I had the honor to meet him this time and he is everything my husband said he was: pleasant, punctual, kind, hard working, not a salesman, goal is to provide quality cleaning and decent prices. Walt arrived on time. He measured the rooms in our house. He asked us if there were any stains we needed him to take a look at. We had moved a majority of the furniture, but he moves the furniture and puts things under the legs so they don't ruin the carpet. He remembered we had a dog and wanted to know where she hung out the most as the hair and oil from her coat takes more time to clean. He did not sell us anything extra. With Walt, you have to ask for additional things. This was amazing to me. He wants to do a great job, not give people a quote and then mark up the quote with extras unless YOU ASK! Carpet was cleaned in four hours. He called when he left as requested by my husband. Our house smelled so clean since the carpets were cleaned. DO DO DO hire him! He will appreciate your time and your business.

One of the carpets was badly stained by a pet who had been ill. It was a white wool carpet and it was not in good shape. That carpet came out looking better than I had expected it would. The rest of the carpets looked very good. There was no strong chemical smell, and it dried quickly.

Walt was a pleasure to have in the house and do the work which was exceptional. The house felt really clean and fresh after the carpets had been clean. Not only was he informative about his service and how the carpets would be cleaned but he was on time polite and a pleasure to do business with. I will definitely be using him again. I can't recommend him highly enough.
