I had the work done because it had never been cleaned since installation of our forced air heater/AC system. We also had planned on installing an electronic air filter and wanted the ducts cleaned first. Eager Beaver was recommended by our heating contractor, but I checked Angie's List first and saw the positive ratings. The technician arrived on time, worked efficiently and did a very thorough job (they actually called and asked if they could come early). The technician showed me what he'd done including a huge pile of dust he'd just vacuumed out of the air-return system. He also vacuumed around the inside of the heater area to be sure that all was clean. All-in-all, I was very pleased with the Eager Beaver service. In fact, I've signed a request to have them come out annually to maintain the system cleanliness from now on. I would recommend them to all my friends and neighbors.

I requested 3 quotes from providers I found on Angie's List. I also asked each provider to contact me and describe why their method was the best method to clean HVAC systems. I not only wanted a written quote to judge price and professionalism, but I wanted to see who I was talking with, how fast they would respond and the companies attitude. Eager Beaver was in the middle on price of the 3 quotes. They responded same day by phone, were enthusiastic about their company and the method in which they cleaned HVAC systems. One of the other companies was cocky and sarcastic, which turned me off right away. Eager Beaver was by far the best company to work with so far and I hired them. They showed up on time, explained what they were going to do and got going with the work. They were friendly with a good attitude and professional demeanor. When they were done, they cleaned up all the materials they used and disposed of them. AND they said thank you for your business! Imagine that! Yes, I will use them again and I highly recommend Eager Beaver Company!

They were efficient, punctual, considerate and effective! The service rep laid down plastic to minimize getting dirt and dust into the house. He wore booties on my carpet, too. After he was done, he showed me the pile of dirt and debris he had vacuumed from all the duct work. With all that pet hair, it's no wonder our allergies were so bad! Eager Beaver did an excellent job overall. I wouldn't say they're the best priced company out there, but they certainly did a good job. I would use them again and would recommend them to others. Just look for coupons or specials :)

The young man sent out did a phenomenal job. His appearance was very neat and clean. He came prepared and we could tell he had done this for a very long time. He explained what he was about to do, told us we could see what came out when he was finished and cleaned up after himself. My wife and I were both quite impressed. We were not told we needed to have the job repeated next year both heard the truth which was that we might want to have the vents cleaned again in five years. Again, very impressed and very satisfied.

The Service was great. Showed up ontime and ready to do the work. Price ended up to be less than quote. We could really tell the difference after it was done. He did not try to sell us anything and was very professional. He cleaned up after himself as if he was never there. We will be using him again next year.

I spoke with Kristen and set up an appointment after I received an estimate. Kristen was informative and answered all my questions. We set up a time to perform the work, she gave me Mike's name and described the vehicle Mike would be driving. Mike was on time (actually a little bit early!!). He did a great job!! Mike was curteous, friendly, very careful and aware of my pets!!!Upon introduction, Mike explained exactly what procedures he would be going through, and later explained while he was performing the procedures. Great company to deal with, I will welcome Eager Beaver back for routine vent cleaning!!!

Went well, but a bit more expensive than I anticipated.

Called and spoke to the owner, who set up an appointment right away. I told her I have 4 indoor cats and wanted to figure out how to secure them during the duct-cleaning. She told me she'd make a note of it and I could talk to the men who arrived to do the work. The two men arrived on time and put on shoe covers before coming into the house, which I appreciated. We figured out how to confine my cats safely yet still get all the vents cleaned. I put them in an upstairs room, then when all the other rooms were finished, moved them to another room so the one they were in could be cleaned. The men toured the rest of the house with me to count the vent openings and air returns so as to give me a cost estimate. After I agreed to have the work done, they moved their large HEPA machine into the garage and made two large openings in the side walls of the furnace in order to attach the hose directly to it. Inside the house, each vent opening was hand vacuumed down inside, then the vent covers sealed over and replaced. Then the HEPA machine was turned out to draw out the debris from all the ducts throughout the house. After this was done, the men got down beside each vent opening in each room and hand wiped the ducts inside using a cloth and cleaning spray. The covers were also wiped off and replaced. Throughout the procedure, the men wore shoe covers and were careful about the carpeting. Also, when ladders were used, they were carried very carefully and slowly, so that no doors or door frames were bumped or marked. The house and garage were left clean and tidy. The men were very polite and answered all my questions.

Eager B***** Duct Cleaning was recommended by the company that is going to install a new heat pump in our home. The appointment was made for the day following the phone call to request the cleaning. I received a phone call on the appointment date saying that if we were available they could come an hour early so we accepted. Two young men showed up in a van an trailer with the equipment that was very neat, clean and tidy. I usually like to see what condition equipment and/or tools are in since it can give an indication of the company's concern about presenting a professional approach. The 2 technicians were very polite and friendly and explained the process and approximatly how long it would take. They were both clean cut and neat in appearance which is hard to find these days. They were very careful working around furniture in the house and were very thorough about cleaning up both during and after they were done. They turned the funace on to make sure everthing was working and to our delight the slightly stale smell previously coming out of the vents was gone. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend them. The cost was more than other places we had heard about but the results are great. You get what you pay for.

Jeremy was very friendly and informative and really seemed to know his stuff. We had contractors there on that day as well, and they said that Jeremy and his partner did a much better job than the people who cleaned their ducts. I felt confident that they did a good job.
