The owner showed up at the agreed upon time and wrote up the estimate. Prep work was done as described on designated day. Concrete was poured on designated day. Drain was completed. Area was cleaned up. Crew was easy to work with and friendly. Everything went very well. Excellent job. This is the second time we have used this company.

After a lot of speculation, this was my best guess as the fix for periodic water coming into my basement following large rainfalls. Lani visited my house, reviewed the conditions, confirmed my idea and quoted the work on Monday afternoon. On Tuesday afternoon he showed up with his crew and performed the work. The responsiveness and workmanship were excellent. Now I have to wait to see if I've guessed right.

City had gone through the neighborhood and found all the places trees had uplifted the sidewall, and told homeowners to get it fixed. I had about 15 ft that had to be fixed. The difference in price between doing the 15 ft and renewing all the sidewalk was small, so I had him do the whole walk. I had been doing phone tag with other people for a month as I bounced off on travels and back. Was running out of time. He was willing to work it in by when I needed it.

Everything had to be carried into the back yard, since the area was not accessible. I made several calls and got several bids for the job. This company squeezed me in that week. They did all the excavating and took out all the dirt. They did an excellent job. It was exactly what we had specified. They paid attention to detail. I would definitely use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Lani arrived when arranged, discussed & explained the options, and gave an estimate promptly. The work started on time, took somewhat longer than foreseen, partly because we agreed on some additional work. Lani came on a Saturday to do the final sealing to get it done before the forecast rain. He was very low-key, communicative and helpful throughout. We plan to ask his company to replace our concrete driveway next year. Strongly recommended.

Lani came out and gave me a bid the same day I contacted him. Although the actual pour was delayed a few days due to other project commitments, the work was still performed in a timely manner. Our interaction was always timely, courteous, and professional. The job debris was cleaned up great and the project came out exactly as we wanted it.

It was very well done and looks very nice. It is level but with enough of a side slope to allow water to flow off and not stand on it.

The company responded the next morning after my email. They looked at the job and quoted a fair price but said the problem was not critical and would last probably another 5 years. There was no pressure to do work, etc.

Lani was very nice to deal with. I prefer more contact, I did not receive one call from him regarding when they would start, or when they would be back to complete. The weather was horrible for them to work in, but they worked diligently nevertheless. The cleanup could have been better, among a few other things, we are picking up broken chunks of cement in the yard.

THEY WERE GOOD ABOUT GIVING ME DIFFERENT PRICING OPTIONS AT THE BEGINNING OF THE PROJECT. HE DELIVERED THE WRITTEN QUOTE WITHIN THREE DAYS. THE AGGREGATE WORK IS LOVELY AND HE GRADED IT TO FIT THE LAND. IT WAS DONE AT GROUND LEVEL (I HAD TO SPECIFY IT ACCORDING TO THE DESIGNER BECAUSE MOST CONCRETE COMPANIES WILL NOT DO IT THAT WAY UNLESS YOU ASK SPECIFICALLY). IT IS A PERFECT MATCH WITH THE LEVEL OF THE PORCH. IT LOOKS LIKE IT WAS ALL POURED AT THE SAME TIME. HE AND HIS WORKERS CLEANED UP VERY WELL AFTER THEMSELVES AND WERE ALL VERY NICE, NICE PEOPLE.
