we needed someone to clean up our roof and make it look great before putting our house on the market. He responded right away, fit us in immediately, got the job done beautifully with no fuss, and we paid online, which was an added convenience. We were worried it would need more repair but it looked so good we didn't even have to negotiate a new roof into the selling price (something we were worried about).

It went very well. All of my questions were answered prior to and after the cleaning / treatment. Excellent service and I would recommend them to others for eco-friendly moss removal and treatment.

Both Dana and Jason were wonderful. Polite, punctual, informative, and extremely helpful. Great communications. (With our rainy June weather, all outside service companies seem to be back-logged, but this company performed the work in phases, over several days), saving the roof treatment to a rare sunny afternoon. They did exactly what they said they would, and were very good about calling and letting me know when I could expect them. Despite the obvious fact that he must have had a number of roofss to treat while the sun was out, Jason even took the time to help by moving some outdoor furniture to the deck for me. His "I always have time to help a lady" comment won him a permenant spot in my heart! I've used this company in the past, and will continue to use them in the future. They are terrific!

Roof and gutters were full of needles and branches. Called Mr Roof and he did an estimate the following day. He also gave me some material on how he would do the cleaning. We set a mutially good time for his company to perform the work - they came on the right day and did an outstanding job. I would hire them again.

We were pleased w/the service. We did not want our roof power washed, which is one of the reasons why we used Dr. Roof-they brush and rinse,but do not powerwash to remove the moss. All the debris was removed, gutters were clean, and they were careful to also wash all residue off the house and windows.

I called him and left a message about my roof and skylite that was leaking. I had just had the roof cleaned of moss and now we have leaks. He called me that the same evening and told me that he would be out in the morning and take a look. He cared because our roof was leaking and we have been putting new hardwood floors in the house and had to get the leak stopped. He came out and told me he would replace some of the broken tile on the roof and he thought that would take care of the skylite leak. He said he did not think that the skylite was leaking, just the tile above it was broken. He also cleaned out a valley that was plugged and the water was being diverted and coming into the house. So far we do not have anymore leaks. He told me to call him and let him know how it is doing. He also gave me an estimate for more work to be done on the roof. Very pleasant to work with.

Dr. roof went above and beyond. Very professional and did an excellent cleanup. I had a lot of moss on my roof. My roof looks great!! They plugged about 10 eave holes where birds were able to fly into my attic. All gutters were cleaned and they even did minor gutter repair. Dr. Roof is on my contractor list and they set the standard. Thanks again Dr. Roof. Also, it was very convenient for payment using Paypal. My roof has not been cleaned in roughly 10 years and they made it look great!

He was reasonable and punctual and he did a good job, guaranteed his work. He charged me by the job.

He is very good. The first time I picked his name out of the phone book. He is very easy to get ahold of because he has a cell phone and a phone. He is able to come out and do the work in a timely fashion. Pretty flexible with him. There are times when I think we have had a couple of good wind storms. He does say let me know if you have a leak let me know and I will get to you right away otherwise he let us know when he will be.

I really liked him and what he had to say about our cedar roof. He gladly gave me several homes as references. After checking on his work we decided to go with another company--he does "natural" roof treatment and we went with the "better living through science" route and used a chemical treatment. Just a personal preference on how the roof looked. Had I selected the natural route, I would have hired him over another "natural treatment" company I checked with--he really examined our roof carefully and his bid was right on with what three other companies were asking for. He was very responsive and seemed very competent.

Dr.Roof called me back and was very prompt in getting an estimate. He was very up front and said that the estimate would depend on how many tiles needed to be replaced. The estimate was around $450 dollars. This was by far the lowest bid. I also asked him if he would clean off the pine needles while he has up there. The job was done very quickly and professionally and they cleaned the roof, too. When he sent the bill I was pleasantly surprised that it was much lower than the estimate. I would say that this is first time I have ever experience this. I would recommend Dr. Roof to anyone with a small roof repair

Work was done very professionally. Beams were cut back, all end rot was removed and treated. Lamination separation was fill with epoxy and beams were primed and painted.

Dana did a good job, although it took a few days for him to return my phone call. He was very courteous and showed up on time for the work. I did have to call and ask that an invoice be sent, as we needed it to close our house deal.

Dr. Roof did a fantastic job working on our roof. They worked using good time management skills and their employees were cordial and friendly. They charged us very reasonably for the services rendered. We would highly recommend them to others.

As he was leaving, I suddenly asked Dana whether they did roof cleaning or could recommend someone who does. They do, so he wrote me an estimate for that. I hired him without getting another estimate for roof cleaning simply because he didn't make up fake roof damages to get a buck, and in fact he didn't even try to sell me the cleaning service until I asked. After that work is completed, I will post a separate report under roof cleaning category!

Cleans our roof and gutters. Also does maintenance. He is very busy. Very reliable and doesn't do unnecessary work.
