DP Meyers Landscape Maintenance

I used this company for almost ten years, and early on they did an excellent job, coming every week without fail. But lately the quality has been slipping. Dave (the owner) has been rushing through the work in recent months. The last straw was that he fertilized the lawn and then never returned, with no word about what happened. Four weeks passed by with no visit. Meanwhile, the lawn grew almost a foot tall and I had to take care of the mowing myself while trying to locate another company. I contacted him by phone and left voice mail multiple times, but there was no reply. While there may be a family or medical problem, I still expected to hear back that something was amiss and that I need to make other arrangements. Based on this unprofessional conduct, I would not hire him again. If there is some other issue that explains why this happened, I would be glad to hear about it and change this review if there is a good reason. The lawn maintenance that was done was good quality, but pruning was the "lollipop on a stick" style, often done with machinery rather than by hand, and I finally stopped using his services to find someone who had more knowledge of proper pruning technique.

I have been using them for 4 years. They do a very good job. They are always on time and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone. I am a senior citizen and they have given me a really big price break because of my situation. They are really good christian people.
