These guys were incredible. They returned my call quickly, gave me a bid over the phone for the work I needed done and then showed up on time and fixed the problem. I called several companies to get quotes for the work I needed done and this company was the most prompt in returning my call and had by far the best prices. In fact their final price ended up being even a little lower than they originally quoted. I would definitely call them again!!!

I called about 4:00pm one day and they were able to come out the next day. He found the problem, the part cost about $80 and his labor was $80. It was a quick fix and the guy was really nice. I think it took him less than a half an hour to do the job.

My AC went out on the hottest day of the year (yesterday), one that broke many records in Oregon. It was also a Sunday. I had heard Angie's List's adds on NPR, so I figured this was a good time to try it out. Don's Air Care had 11 positive entries. The no others had more than 2, so I called Don's and one other. Don's was the first (and so far only) company that called back first thing on Monday. Tim was at my house at the appointed time (2:00) and had the unit running within 15 minutes. We had not discussed rates (and I frankly did not care!) but the final bill was very palletable. Most of all, though, I appreciated Tim's consulting. He took the time to really explain things to me, which I value highly. Don's has earned my recommendation to others, and any future business I may have with HVAC.

They worked with my schedule to find a time that worked for me. The technician called ahead, arrived on time, was courteous, and took time to answer my questions. The service rate was reasonable.

Very timely and efficient, diagnosed problem and fixed quickly and reasonably.

Dave was very honest and knowledgeable. He gave me all the info to make an informed decision. He did not try to ''sell'' me. I have been very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend this company.

It was refreshing to have a salesperson suggest I try to fix a minor problem myself. Sounds like an honest outfit.

Efficient, prompt, and reasonably priced!

My overall experience was excellent! They scheduled the call quickly. I talked to an actual person on the telephone. They told me what the potential costs would be before they arrived. They arrived early. They were courteous, clean and very knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when needed.

Den's responded the same day I called for help, was on time, and courteous. Total job took less than 30 minutes. Overall a very positive experience & I would use them again. I did think their price was a bit high.

Very good experience. Prompt, very polite, on-time. I would not hesitate to call them again. They replaced the switch and (for free)increased the air flow in my house by rewiring some switches.

They were very polite, prompt, and the cost came in under estimate. It was the cheapest price compared to 3 other companies we called. We also had same day service. They honored the 10% Angie's list discount, too.

DON'S HAS SERVICED US WELL THROUGH THE YEARS WITH OUR HEAT PUMP. THE PEOPLE ARE COURTEOUS AND KNOWLEDGEABLE AND GET THE WORK DONE. THEY WERE PROMPT AND PROFESSIONAL.
