Description of Work: I was very pleased with the work done and the time in which it was done as well as the politeness of the entire crew.

Description of Work: We had a problem with our bathroom tile floor. Mr. Tibor Lakatos was able to let us know what the problem was. We had wood rot in our subflooring. In 4 work days his team had completely removed the wood rot and made all necessary repairs. Including a beautiful new tile floor. The team was polite, hardworking and they clean up after themselves. In fact it was a pleasure working with them.

Description of Work: Creative Tile did a bathroom remodel for us. They installed tile in a new shower, installed a tile floor with infloor heating, a heated towel bar, new light and fan and new toilet and paint. They subcontracted the plumbing work and electrical and we hired our own contractors for countertop and custom made vanity cabinet. We are happy with the completed job. There was a young man doing the tile work and although he was slow he did outstanding meticulous work. One day they sent a different tile worker and he had a disagreeable and bad attitude and i mentioned this to the job foreman and he quickly had him taken off the job and replaced with the prior tile setter. The biggest complaint I would have was lack of communication. I had to constantly ask when and who was coming to the job and had people show up that I had no idea were coming. Also had subcontractors arrive that had no idea what they were supposed to be doing because they had never received directions on the project. There were some aspects of the job that were not done well but if we mentioned this, the contractor was willing to have the work repaired. Creative Tile requires you to purchase all your own plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, tile, grout, paint, countertop, vanity, finish hardware and towel bars and tissue holders etc. and wants it all bought before they will start the job. This proved to be a challenge due to back order and also things like finish details that really couldn't be purchased until further into the project. Basically they quote for time and labor. They installed a curbless shower with a tiled linear drain that turned out very nice. The lack of communication and hands-on from the general contractor made the job stressful. After you sign up, that is the last you see of the contractor unless you ask him to visit the job. He is easily available by phone but does not speak English well and so I found him hard to understand. Overall, I would recommend hiring them if you need some tile work done but I wouldn't recommend hiring them if you are looking for a general contractor to manage a remodel project.

Description of Work: Tibor and his crew remodeled and tiled my bathroom. You couldn't have asked for a more professional team. Their work was on time and beautifully done. I price was on tyhe mark. I would hire Creative Tile again.

Description of Work: This was one of the very best experiences I have ever had with a contractor that was doing a significant amount of work for me (master bathroom). Tibor was thorough, promptly returned calls and kept the job moving to adhere to the time line. His subcontractors and employees were punctual and professional knowing their trades well. All were easy to communicate with and were friendly in sharing information with me and answering questions. I recommend Creative Tile and Remodel without reservations.

Description of Work: Creative Tile remodeled our master bathroom (new tile floors/shower/tub-surround/backsplash, new countertop/sinks/fixtures/lighting/fan/toilet/glass shower enclosure). We saved money by selecting and ordering all our own materials (which added a bit of stress and caused a few bumps in the road), and the job took a little longer than expected, but the final product is absolutely gorgeous! We have a great new master bathroom for the best possible price!

Description of Work: Tibor and his crew picked up and installed ceramic tile in our master bath and guest bathrooms (with a heat radiator under the master bath tiles) and installed slate in our entryway and refaced a brick fireplace in the living room.

Description of Work: Scraped and removed old linoleum and installed large ceramic tile in very large laundry room. I supplied the tile and grout, they supplied the amazing talent. Pieces were cut perfectly and floor is level.

Handled all permits, inspections, subcontractors, etc. WONDERFUL experience. He was also able to link me up with a great hardwood floor installer, painter, plumber and furnace guy. Tibor is very well connected and has a wonderful staff. He even followed up 6 months later and a year later to ensure I was pleased. YES

Description of Work: Master bath remodel. Performed all work from design and estimates to final painting and touch up. This was a 800 square foot bath room, complete tear out to the studs, moved shower so significant plumbing work with instant hot water heater, new cabinets, lots of electrical with heated floor, all was handled by Creative Tile. Slate floor and shower. Marble counter tops and tub deck.

Description of Work: I have used Creative Tile and Remodel for both tile work and the remodeling of my home for the last couple of years. Most recently, we had two bathrooms painted, two toilets installed, two medicine cabinets installed, two new ceiling vents for the bathrooms, the floor of one bathroom tiled, and cabinets installed where some shelves were in our family room. We also had a small section of carpeting installed, and several small handyman type jobs all done at once.

Description of Work: We bought our slate from a tile store and they recommended Creative Construction NW to us. Our friend has also used him for a bathroom tiling job and recommended him to us. They laid slate down in our dining room and on two steps down into the living room.
