The overall experience went very well; Tibor who is the owner/manager was very prompt and professional. He came to our house for an estimate the day after I contacted him . We needed to have both our bathroom remodels completed in about 3 weeks and Tibor made it happen. Tibor's men did the tilework which was excellent, and he hired/coordinated all of the plumbing and electrical work. We decided halfway through the job to replace the tub and tile surround in the guest bath, and it was completed seemlessly with the other work. The new countertop in the master was marble and one of the large tiles had a slight crack/blemish that I wasn't happy with. I mentioned this to Tibor and he agreed to replace it at no extra cost. He even brought us an extra replacement tile that he let us keep. I was very happy with the work and would definately hire them again.

Tibor from Creative Tile was very responsive to our request for a bid on the kitchen tile backsplash. Within a day of leaving a message, he got back to me and set up an appointment for an estimate on the work. We had a timeline for the kitchen project and had been a little behind in securing the tile contractor, but Tibor assured us that he would be able to get his crew in within a few days time--which he did. We ordered the tile and the crew came only a couple of days later, accommodating my work schedule so that I didn't have to make any special arrangements. The wallboard was cleaned up and repaired on Saturday and the tiler was there promptly on Monday morning, ready to go. He worked efficiently and precisely, and we had a subway "stacked" pattern backsplash in seven hours--and it looked exactly as we had planned. Tibor came several days later to check on the job and to seal the tile and grout. We would definitely recommend this contractor and would use him for any future tiling needs.

I enjoyed working with Tibor very much and would highly recommend him for any kind of job. He is very professional, responsive, prompt and friendly. He always tried to be helpful and offered me valuable advice. The job that he and his team did was of exceptional quality, and Tibor always checked in to see if we were happy with it. When I was looking for contractor, I made a few inquiries, and Tibor was the one who responded immediately and provided the best estimate the same day. Will definitely hire him again!

His workmen were on time and very professional. They took care not to damage the house with the dust and debris. They put heavy paper down on the floor when walking through the house. It took more than a day to demolish the old shower. Then they installed a new shower pan liner and had it inspected the next day, installed the backer boards, then went to work installing the new 13x 13 ceramic tiles. The project involved building two shampoo/soap niches, a small corner bench, and installing a new shower fixture. Included in the price of the work was the removal of the old material, the work to install the new tile and the plumber that came out twice. We had to purchase separately the tile and grout (although he coordinated it for us through a wholesale company), the shower door and the plumbing fixture. Tibor is obviously very experienced and had it all the steps running like clockwork. The entire process was done in one week and we had the guys working here every day. Afterwards, he had his drywall specialist come out and redo the wall on the edges were the former tile had been removed. It looked as good as new. We are very pleased with how the process went and the final product. Our shower is beautiful!!!

We would highly recommend Tibor and Creative Tile and Remodel. Their costs are competitive they did quality work. Tibor is very customer-oriented and responsive to our needs and desires. very willing to work with us on items we did or purchased ourselves versus what he supplied. also very willing to work around our schedules and needs. his crew was very professional and polite. One of the better contractors i have worked with. we would highly recommend him if you are considering a bath or kitchen remodel.

Overall things went excellent. We did have one plumbing accident happen in the beginning of the project that TIbor did a great job of handling. I had no worries that it would not get taken care of.

I provided tile and grout as requested by contractor. They did everything else. The job was done right and on time with no short cuts. There were three people on this job over several days, so there were a couple of communication issues, but nothing unexpected. I did need to call them back to complete some baseboard replacement and grouting around the edges, but this was done cheerfully and quickly. Key points: Nice guys, high quality work, no frills, but very nice results for good price.

I was nervous about this project because I had only planned to replace the floor. However, Tibor showed us exactly why we would be wasting our money to repair the floor, and his recommendation made perfect sense once I saw how the previous homeowners installed the shower. I agreed to use him for the complete demolition and installation of a new shower. Tibor's team of talented professionals were not just craftsmen and remodelers, nor are they simply "tile guys." This is a group of ARTISTS that use tile as their medium. Extra work was required because of some difficulties encountered along the way, but my price never went up. They worked on weekends to get the job done as quickly as possible. Tibor coordinated everything with the plumber so it was completely hassle free. I will use them again when we tile some other areas of the home, and recommend them without hesitation for any of your tiling projects.

I liked Tibor from the moment he came for the estimate. His estimate was broken out by job so I could decide exactly what I did and did not want to have done. He bent over backwards to work around my schedule, and when I called with a request to start, he had his men out within a week. All of his workmen were great - on time, professional, conscientious, polite, with nothing but the customer's best interest in mind. All work was completed quickly, with excellent results. Care was taken to protect areas of the house not being worked on. Clean-up was thorough. Subcontractors did their work seamlessly - no disruptions or delays in the work schedule. Tibor checked in at the jobsite often, making sure everything was just as I wanted. My bathrooms are beautiful and spa-like, the tile-work superb. The kitchen is wonderful. I would call Tibor back for any other needs we may have and have already recommended to him to friends and neighbors.

Everything went exceptionally well. Tibie spent a lot of time before we ever struck a deal, working with us on our scope of work, provided a lot of input that in many cases saved us money. It's kind of crazy to leave town when a contractor is gutting part of your home, but that's what we did. We went to Florida for a month and things couldn.t have gone better. Tibie stayed in touch with us thru the project, asked for a few clarifications, sent us pictures to show progress and by the time we got home, the project was 95% complete. (We came home 3 days early) Of course, there were a few things that needed to be taken care of and Tib's crew were very responsive and on time. Overall, we are extremely happy with the job the Creative Tile and Remodel completed and will bring them back in a year or so to do our master bath.

Timor and his team at creative tile and remodel did an outstanding job start to finish. I had a very tight timeline and he finished on time and on budget as discussed. He was very responsive to my calls and came out right away to give me a bid. I accepted and the work began within a few days. This was the type of job I had others tell me would take 10-14 days and Creative Tiile and Remodel finished in just 4 days....no kidding! It also came at a very reasonable and fair price. I also liked the teamwork of his crew who performed multiple tasks on same day. For example, one guy was tearing up existing vinyl floors while one was prepping for paint and another was working on master shower. Excellent Teamwork!! Tibor was there to manage the whole process and the in and outs of his team. I was able to reach him by phone and by text with any questions or follow ups and he went out of his way to pick up supplies and haul them to the house. Most importantly I was very happy with the quality and craftsmanship of the finished work. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to all my friends, family and co-workers without any hesitation. My new tile floors, master shower and vanities look great and the new paint color for the interior turned out great. Bottom line....These guys are fast and reliable and do great work at a great price.

Tibor and his crew are fantastic. Talented, efficient, punctual, friendly, responsive. We had two small problems and they came back immediately and fixed them for no additional charge. They also are very very reasonably priced compared to any of the others we contacted.

He has a strong customer satisfaction focus in the entire spectrum of work (i.e. vendor management, sub-contractor management, tile installation, countertop installation, schedule management, cleanup, etc). Tibor and his crew also have a strong quality focus. They do not cut corners and do excellent craftsman type of work. They live up to their creative brand by consistently deriving innovative and attractive designs. Tibor takes on the role of general contractor and manages the sub-contractors (e.g. plumbers, shower door manufacturers, etc.) in a thorough manner. Tibor has an excellent network of high quality sub-contractors. They are meticulous about meeting their schedule and cost estimates. Tibor's crew are all professional, polite, friendly, punctual, and pro-active in achieving the results that my wife and I expected. And they go the extra mile to ensure that they clean up and remove waste material. I highly recommend Creative Tile and Design. They are efficient, cost effective, creative, and high quality. I will not hesitate to use them again if I have additional remodeling work.

Tibor was great. He installed a subway tile backsplash in our kitchen. We had a medium sized hole in the wall from taking out the old backsplash and one other spot that was pretty messed up from taking out the old countertops. He said it wasn't a problem and could get his drywall guy to take care of it. Also, we have an old house and the walls aren't quite level. He did a great job floating the tile in some spots and making it all look nice and new again. We supplied the tile and grout and his guys did all the rest. He came back after it was all done and put a sealer on. I also appreciate that Tibor was very easy to get ahold of and the work was completed very fast. We are very happy with the backsplash and couldn't have asked for anything better.

Originally I had planned to act as my own general contractor in remodel of kitchen, 3 baths and two fireplaces. Our house is 21 years old and needed general interior update. I had made already made arrangements for the cabinets prior to contacting Creative Tile to submit bid on tile work. After meeting with Tibor, owner of Creative Tile, we were so impressed we decided to have Tibor act as general contractor for all of the remaining work. That was the best possible decision my wife and I made. The selection and scheduling of subcontractors would have been a nightmare had I tried to do it on my own (I have done so in past). Tibor has not only an excellent crew of tilers (himself included) but also has relationships with the various disciplines including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, carpentry, finish carpentry, granite, etc. He was able to provide competitive pricing in each area with a high level of expertise. Tibor kept the project moving, coordinating the various subs while constantly communicating what was scheduled so that we could plan accordingly. If anything unforeseen comes up he has someone who can take care of it. The project turned out great. After seeing the work, we have had a number of friends and relatives say they will use Tibor in the future. There are a several things that set Tibor apart. When you call or text he responds. He is open and honest and a great guy to deal with. We highly recommend Creative Tile and Remodeling.

We have wanted to update our bathrooms for a while now. We signed up with Angie's list for just that purpose. i did a little background work, but mostly just picked 3 A level contractors for estimates. I have used the same method for picking services from Angie's list and have yet to be disappointed. Everything really went fantastic. Tibor was our first bid and we came up with things we wanted after we had met with him and made changes as we went through the work. We had zero problems doing this, Tibor worked with us at every step along the way. We started out at the Tile store, where Tibor spent several hours with us hammering out what materials we wanted. This was awesome, because we clearly didn't know what we were doing and Tibor worked with us to figure everything out. We updated both of our bathrooms with showers and they did it in a way where we kept the use of one shower the whole time. They were very good in keeping the walking path protected and things cleaned up as they did the work. We had told them to put the wrong color grout down, which looked horrible, but they worked with us to fix it and did it very quickly. I have to say i was a bit nervous coming home every day to see how much work they have gotten done and what had gotten completed that day, but my nerves were completely unwarranted, everything turned out great. If i had one thing that would of helped i would have liked maybe a micro schedule or a report every day of what was done and what the plans were for tomorrow, maybe that would have eased my nerves

Tibor is a true professional. We hear of contractor nightmares; delays, shoddy work, sloppiness...This is not Tibor. He would promise that a project would be done by a set time and price and he made it happen He's allied with a great group of hard working craftsmen. I have the highest regard for Tibor and his crews and have already reccommended him to friends.

It all went very well. Tibor came out to give me a bid and had it to me that evening. I had other bids but I had a really good feeling about this contractor and he had excellent referrals. His price was very fair and he answered all my concerns. When the time came to do the job Tibor and his crew were always on time and were great workers. They worked with me on the layout of the tile and it came out perfect. The only hitch was that the grout dried unevenly in some areas (not the fault of the installers) so Tibor sent Eddie back to scrape out the discouored areas and regrout. It worked like a charm. We are very happy with the job. I would highly recommend this comany.

His bid was mid-range by comparison, but it was clearly outlined, detailed all aspects of the work to be done and seen quite fair and reasonable. He arranged for confirmation and visits by a plumber, electrician, custom cabinet builder and carpenter prior to bid confirmation. We were completely impressed by the professionalism, courtesy and friendliness of every craftsman involved in the project. They were always on time and accessable. We were very impressed with how well Tibor orchestrated and managed each element of the remodel. Work was done almost 7 days a week to complete a very large remodel in just several weeks. We were impressed by the detail and level of work ethic demonstrated by each and every individual involved. Tibor works with a skilled group of professionals including an electrician, plumber, tile installers, carpenters, sheet rock specialist and painters. Tibor was ALWAYS accessible and accomodating. We are glad we selected him for this job.

We found the company on Angie's List. He was very prompt in returning my initial phone call and with his initial visit. He was very friendly and seemed very competent in what he does. We are going to be starting the project with him in a month or so.

His men showed up on time and completed the job on time. Could not have been more pleased and would definitely use use them again.
