+ 0 moreOur experience with Creative Landscape Designs never got past two initial contacts. It was a totally disastrous experience and we are out $250!
Description of Work: Creative Landscape Designs was recommended by a Northwest Portland nursery. They stole our downpayment without providing a single service and will not answer our efforts to contact them. Mary Baum represented the firm and came to our home twice. The second time she visited, she asked for $250 as a downpayment to provide drawings for a small courtyard landscape job. She set up a follow-up appt in early May. She called and cancelled. We have not heard from her since. All of our efforts to contact Baum have failed. We've e-mailed, phoned and returned to the recommending nursery. We've simply asked her to return our $250. Nothing. We suggest you do not do business with Mary Baum and Creative Landscape Designs.
