+ -1 moreWe were looking for a home outside of the Portland Oregon area. After showing us a home her company had built, we asked Megan to represent us while looking for a home. Even though Megan worked in Portland, she spent many afternoons driving out of Portland a good ways out to show us homes. After we realized we weren't going to find what we wanted in an existing home, we went to a builder to have a semi-custom home built and Megan walked us through this process every step of the way. Through this five month process, Megan always took our phone calls, answered our emails immediately and kept on top of every aspect of this build. She went well beyond what is expected of a real estate agent. She's extremely knowledgeable and always has a smile. She listened to us when we were frustrated and going crazy with the difficulties that can come with building. But she always kept positive and encouraged us to do the same. I really believe God sent her to us, because He knew we would be needing so much help. I would highly recommend her!
Description of Work: Megan Talalemotu, the Director of Sales and Marketing for The Crandall Group, helped us go through the process of finding a new home. After looking at many existing homes, she helped walk us through the experience of having a home built.
