CRAFTWORK PLUMBING INC

After receiving four bids from other companies before contacting Craftwork, I was feeling pretty stressed. The other companies didn’t seem to listen well, were charging 3 to 3 1/2 times the amount and labor over the cost of the water heater (yes, actually!), did not send actual plumbers to my house (they were sales people), or would not actually come to my house (two of them did that) to see my specific situation and provide a more informed estimate (which worried me because I had a confined situation that could have resulted in higher costs beyond the initial quote). Craftwork sent somebody to my house who is also an experienced plumber and who was willing to talk through ideas with me. They were also very prompt in their phone and email communications throughout the process when I had questions. I feel like Craftwork was fair in their pricing and I felt the communication from the two repairmen/plumbers who came to my house was very clear and courteous.

We returned home after a 3 month winter getaway in Southern California only to find a portion of our front yard under water and a $400.00 water bill. I called Craftwork Plumbing as they initially installed the plumbing for our subdivision. Brian came out and surveyed the situation that afternoon and returned the next morning and repaired the broken plumbing pipes at the water meter. I have never dealt with a vendor that was as efficient and professional. Their bill was considerably less than I had anticipated. This company is courteous, professional and honest. I hope that I never need a plumber again, but, if I do, I will call on them again.

The Craftwork Plumbing plumbers arrived on time and were very friendly and courteous. They were able pretty quickly identify the source of a leaking lead bathroom pipe, cut the appropriate access holes and apply a patch to the pipe. They also did a good job of cleaning up after and answered all of our questions before and after. Overall very good experience.

Such a great experience working with craftwork. Brian was awesome! Extremely helpful and professional. Will be our go to for all our future plumbing needs!

My experience with Craftwork has been excellent. They are very professional and gave me several options that meet my needs, along with identifying preventative maintenance I will plan for in the near future. I appreciate the no nonsense approach that still left me feeling they had my best interests in mind with their recommendations. I will be calling them again.

IT WAS VERY GOOD, BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS QUICK. HE WAS FRIENDLY AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE GENTLEMEN WAS VERY CONSCIOUS OF NOT WANTING TO DIRTY THE HOUSE. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT IN ATTITUDE. IT WAS OVERALL A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. I WAS HERE FOR THE WHOLE TIME THAT HE WAS HERE AND WATCHED HIS WORK. HE WAS VERY GOOD.
