Our small 60 square foot expansion of our dining room in the back of our home was complicated. Craftsman Construction and Chris took on this project with professionalism and long list of outstanding Craftsman subcontractors that performed outstanding job that blended perfectly with our existing home. My wife and I are elated about the finished project. Chris was always on site, directing his subs and came in on budget (there were some alterations, which were discussed and price-adjusted accordingly) and on time

First class experience. From start to finish. Chris is knowledgeable, well organized and courteous. The extension he built on our home is beautiful, exactly as we wanted and more. His planing is efficient and cost effective. He saves time and money by being very good at his job. Always keep us informed every step of the way and gave us choices to make special. Chris Pete was an excellent project manager and general contractor. His subcontractors were all respectful, timely and clean. It was great to work with someone so professional.

I was very impressed with the subcontractors on this job. Chris was very meticulous about the quality of our addition and took a personal vested interest in making sure what we wanted to our house would take place. His designs, work with the county and ability to keep our project moving forward during the pandemic and fires was simply amazing.

They replaced our wood chimney, which included tear down, rebuild, painting, and clean up. They kept us updated daily on progress, were on time, good materials, and good workers.

I support all the comments about the quality and service of the work done by Chris and the Sub Contractors he hired. I love my new place and appreciate all he and his staff did for me. Always up front and would recommend them to anyone needing a build.

Chris Pete at Craftsman Construction was very professional and personable from the get go. Always on time and arrived prepared for my many questions. He was extremely helpful in incorporating my ideas in his drawings and gave wonderful suggestions on how to proceed with my project. Unfortunately, when it came down to working with my bank representative, frictions arose, leading to a stall in the application process. This, and the rising estimated cost of the project from adding and tweaking some plans, ultimately lead to a project halt. In the future, I would love to work with Chris, perhaps using a different lender. Thank you, Chris for all your explanations and patience! (FYI, I only gave 4 stars based on the fact that I didn't actually have any work completed.)

Chris was east to work with. He was available for me when I had questions about the project. He hires great sub contractors too! I am so pleased with my outdoor patio!

Chris Pete, the contractor /owner/architect, is very responsive and accommodating. He was at the job site regularly to oversee and participate in the work. Project ran according to schedule and on budget. Very smooth process.

Chris is very responsive, fair, and does what he says he's going to do. He is a great communicator and checks in often to answer any questions, as well as assuring he is meeting your expectations. We are very pleased with the added living room space, it looks like it was always part of the house, and with curved ceilings, it was not easy. Chris will be the first person we call when we are ready for the next remodel project.

Craftsman Construction did a fantastic job with the addition to my master bathroom. The transformation was simply amazing. I cannot thank them enough.
