We hired Coyote to clean our windows, gutters, and siding on our two story townhouse. They were prompt, and did a very thorough job. Our windows and siding look great! They even cleaned our driveway when we asked if they could do that, for an additional reasonable charge, and they cleaned it and the sidewalk in front beautifully. They did a very good job, the price was affordable, and the service was excellent.

Made appointment for estimate at 9:00 AM. At 9:30 I called the office and they said they would get right back to me. At 10:00 I called back and the owner and estimator Ulysses picked up. It sounded like he just woke up. He asked if he could swing by on another day (no apology for wasting me and my wife's time). I hope no others experience the frustration I experienced with this organization. The thing the is most upsetting is his office told him he missed the appointment and Ulysses did not even bother to call me back, I had to call him. I read the luke warm reviews on this company and that should have been a red flag, shame on me.

They were pretty good. They cleaned it the old school way. I prefer more modern technology.

they didn't show up. I confirmed the appointment the day before. I got a call the morning of the appointment asking me to let them co.e at 8:30am instead of 1pm. I couldn't & needed to stick with our scheduled time. at 2:30pm I sent a message that no one had shown up yet. I was told they'd be there in 1.5 hours. after a total of 3.5 hours with no one showing up I sent another message. I got a call saying they'd be there in 10 minutes. I called back & requested to go ahead and cancel. Saul sounded irritated. We had to take half a day off work to have this work done...so disappointed!

Owner came out to give a bid. Was kind, professional and on time (even early!). HOWEVER - The day of the job, the crew never showed up. They were supposed to show up at noon. At 12:30 pm, I called. - they apologized, but did not give any details about when they would arrive. At 1:45 I spoke with the owner. He said that he would figure out where they were and get back to me asap. After 2pm I still did not receive any update so we decided to just cancel the job. We had plans that evening and could not continue to wait with them. That evening I emailed the owner expressing our frustration in wasting the afternoon waiting for their crew. I have not received any reply. I am very disappointed that EVERY point of contact was on my part. Coyote should have called to let us know that they were going to be late, or not show up at all. They should have at least followed up with an apology. I have worked with them previously and even recommended them to my neighbors. I will not do so any longer. WASTE OF TIME.

Arrived on time for both the estimate as well as performance of the work. Very professional.

I emailed, they responded. Asked me for times when they could come for an estimate. I replied. Nothing. I emailed again. Nothing. One more time. Nothing. Then I called, and someone answered and I made an appointment for 5:30pm the next day. They didn't show up. I texted. More than once. I emailed. Again. No response to text or email.

We were pleased with their professionalism. They listened to our special requests and gave reasonable answers. All cleaning was done directly, workman-to-pane because they used and moved ladders, rather than using extensions to their brushes. They caught smudges and corrected them without our requests.

Coyote painting and window cleaning did clean off our gutters. They did an excellent job. At the same time Coyote also gave us a quote for painting the exterior of our tri-level, 2600 square foot house. The bid was for $3400.00. Yes, we would recommend using these people.

Both people showed up on time. The estimate went well I obtained some additional information concerning painting. The gutter cleaning went well also. There was no need to be present.

We have very tall trees and so get a lot of moss and dirt buildup on our concrete and brick. This had not been cleaned for years and so was very dirty. Coyote was very professional, easy to work with, and did excellent work. I'd highly recommend them!

Several years ago Ulises Coyote cleaned my windows well and inexpensively, but those days are long gone. It appears that now only his workers actually perform the work, and my experience with them has been quite bad. A couple years ago I hired Ulises to pressure wash my house, and he sent a worker out to perform the work. This is not a problem for me as long as long as the house was cleaned well. But not until after he left did I notice how poorly he had worked. Since I liked Ulises and he had originally cleaned my windows so well, I decided this year to give him another chance after telling him that I was disappointed two years ago. I told him that it was very important that the windows be cleaned well since on the following day new storm windows were to be installed, and I didn't want dirty windows to be "locked in." Unfortunately, this year's experience was much worse. At 9:15, 45 minutes after the workers were scheduled to begin work, I called Ulises and said no one had arrived yet. He said they left for my house at 7:30 and were "stuck in traffic." Finally, at 10:00, they arrived, 2 1/2 hours after they supposedly left and 1 1/2 hours late to my house. Well, I don't like being lied to, but, okay, they began working. After about 45 minutes they knocked at the door and said the job was bigger than they thought, and that it was going to cost me more. I believe this is called "bait and switch." I protested rather passionately, and they backed down. They worked, more or less, for about three hours and came to the door and announced that they were finished. After a quick inspection, it was clear that they had done a very sloppy job. I pointed several windows and areas out that really needed more work and that, as I explained to Ulises, the windows and windowsills really needed to be clean. So while one worker loaded gear in their van, the other worker walked around with a rag and rather carelessly attempted to clean the places where I had pointed out needed work. A few minutes later they returned to the front door and said, "Okay, all done." I asked if they had, in fact, made sure everything was clean this time, and they assured me that they had. Again, after an inspection I realized quickly that this was not the case, and I told them that "I'm not super picky, but I just want a decent job." For instance, why would they not move a small pot on a ledge a few inches to clean the mud under it? Or why was there muddy boot tracks on the white wood railing? Then they cleaned with rags for another ten minutes just the areas that I had pointed out and again announced, "Okay, all done." Again, this was not the case. Clearly they were wanting to leave, and my insisting that they complete the job well was a hindrance. I felt like I was trying to get a 10 year old boy to clean his messy room, but he would only dispose of one dirty sock and then ask if he could go play with his friends. I shouldn't have to "ride" grown men like 10 year olds. After this went on for about an hour I gave up and wrote a check. I was done with them. I learned my lesson and won't be calling Ulises again. Again, I am not a person who demands a super clean house (just ask my wife), but I also want a job one right. Fortunately, I was around the house to at least monitor them and have them clean (again) where necessary.

The guy was nice. But, they didn't listen. They went to the wrong address. They said they were going to do some things and there was still a lot of debris left when they left. I thought they were going to clean out the downspouts and I'm not sure if they were done. They worked really hard, but they just didn't do it all. The guy came over to the wrong house and he said that he didn't have a phone to call me. Then, when he arrived at my house, he had a bluetooth on. It was really weird.

Though the deal said the provider would contact me in 2 days, it was more like 2 wks. It was okay, I wasn't in a huge rush, or I would've called myself. Everything went according to plan: the roof and gutters got cleaned on my house (small) and garage. Apparently some repair needs to happen to my garage, which I'll take care of here shortly. Provider is recommended.

Positives: punctual. Got the cleaning scheduled in about a week & a half. Arrived on time. Did just the roof tblow off and gutters and no more. Roof cleaning = blower. Gutters = hose down downspout and scraped most of the gutters. No treatment for moss, although the workers who showed up implied that they would come back on the following business day to take care of it. When no one showed, I called and was told that that service was "an additional fee" almost equal to the clean up. Had my husband not been on a careful watch, I am not certain of the thoroughness of the job.

I signed up and prepaid for a $200 gutter cleaning through Angie's List. I heard nothing from the company, even though I sent them a message asking them to call, and finally called them after five days. It took two calls to reach a live person, and they set up the gutter cleaning for later that week, with a specific window of time when they would come. My husband waited at home and they didn't show up. I called the company and was told that they would call the workers and get back to me. I never got a call. An hour later, my husband called the company and was told they would be showing up soon. They did show up and they cleaned the gutters. However, there were apparently nails in the gutters (from whoever put the roof on the house - previous owners), and they ended up all over our driveway! My husband collected about 8 nails, fortunately before they punctured the tires on our cars. Our gutters now appear to be running freely, but I wouldn't use this company again because it was a hassle and they did not clean up after themselves.

First attempted to reach them to arrange the service that I had paid for and had no return calls or return email over a period of a week. Finally had to contact Angie's list customer service to help and they were able to reach the owner of the business on my behalf. Finally spoke with the owner and made an appointment. Took half the day off and waited for the company to show up. They were a NO SHOW and no phone call. I would stay clear of this company. Angie's List refunded my money and help me find another company for less cost.

He rescheduled twice, after I called to ask him why he hadn't shown up. Came to the house when we weren't home, left his card on the porch by the front door, and never contacted us beyond that.
