Description of Work: Diagnosis of problem with sound system in PC. Evaluation of unit for dust collection. Quick and decisive action to solve problem. In and out in about 1/2 hour.

+ -1 moreAfter numerous phone calls to other shops that didn't carry the part I needed, Jim sold me a compatible power supply (even though it wasn't an exact match) and gave advice on alternatives if it didn't work. I was able to get it to work and appreciated Jim's "thinking outside the box".
Description of Work: Determined a replacement power supply that would work to fix my HP Pavilion, which came with a rare, hard-to-find, small-sized power supply.
