We were extremely happy that we chose Clear Vision to do our roof. Bryan who bid our project was very easy to talk to and explained the process well. He listened and answered all my questions. The bid proposal he presented was detailed and very fair. Derek called to schedule when the project would start and stopped by to introduce himself as our contact if needed. He made sure that we had a great weather window for the roof replacement. Luis was the on-site production lead and made sure the work proceeded on schedule. He and his crew did a great job during demo, prepping the roof and installation of the new material. They worked long, hard hours and made sure that everything was cleaned up and organized at the end of each day! He answered all my questions during the project! Before they came off the roof, Luis painted our furnace/hot water heater exhaust stack (something I was not expecting but a very nice touch indeed!!). Derek came out and reviewed the finished project and had Omar replace a few shingles that had been scuffed. Omar also did some touch-up work where nails had been removed from our siding - replacing nails, sealing and painting. From start to finish this is a very professional company that I highly recommend if you need asphalt shingles replaced.

We are so happy we went with Clear Vision for our new roof. We knew that there would likely be rot as our roof was in poor shape. Our initial estimate was within budget, and then the added expense for the problems they found once they started were well within reason and not excessive. There was a little gap between our siding and the new roof and Clear Vision worked with us to get it take care of so there'd be no issues. We would use them again!

Chris our bidder, was super knowledgable. He was one of the only bidders on the project that was thorough in tackling the cost of the entire project (instead of small fixes like the others we received). Eric was the pro that worked on the roof, and he was incredibly professional. The work looks amazing, and we could not be happier with the results. Their bid was the highest of all the places we received, but again, theirs was the only one tackling the ENTIRE project. We found their thoroughness to be well worth the extra cost (likely saving us from needing another repair down the road).

I was impressed with everyone I was in contact with, from the sales rep to the project manager and the team working on my project. They did an excellent job and the the clean-up was great. No plants were damaged - they covered them while working and I was very impressed.

I had some damage from branches after a wind storm and instead of just repairing I decided to get an entire new roof in the middle of winter. Clear vision customer service was 2nd to none. They rushed my job and started and finished in a matter of days taking advantage of some good January weather. I had extensive damage to the base plywood and even with the extra work this entailed they got it done. The work looks great. When I returned from 4 days of travel my roof was finished and everything was clean in my yard as if nothing had happened. Bid was slightly higher than others but well worth it. Also they finished the day before the first snowfall of the year.

But the big factor was they stayed in touch with me, no nagging no pushing no pressure over a 4 month period of time due problems getting the right loan,,. would recommend in the future. DK

I simply asked to repair a flat roof. We signed a contract and they were to repair two areas and replace the membrane. They applied a coating splashing it up the walls and left. I gave them several opportunities to follow the contract and in the end, I asked to have my deposit returned. They returned my deposit.

Nice guys and very hard workers. Kept yard picked up.

I was impressed with the value for what you got...metal roof, flashing, underlayment an even got a new patio cover attached! Great work! Only thing not perfect was having to drive to make payment at a mutually agreed to spot, but the customer service,quality of work and bang for your buck more than offset that small thing. Would recommend and/or use again.

Job was complicated, took longer than anticipated.

This was my first time using HomeAdvisor to find a contractor. The 4+ rating for Clear Vision and their mid-range quote lured me into to trying them out. The list of problems associated with the job is significant. After I hounded them to complete the work and photographed all the problems, we arranged a small price reduction to address some of the needed fixes, but, I really didn't want them coming back to my house because the trust was gone. Some of the fixes were made but some were not because to repair them would mean a complete tear down what was already installed. Some examples: vent holes in plywood didn't align with ANY of the vent fixtures installed; plywood was thin and appeared to be sagging when walking the roof in some areas; shingles were not the ones I ordered; could not communicate with any of the crew about timelines, expectations, or anything else (did not speak English; which is cool but a lead worker needs to be able to talk to the customer); excessive trash in the attic dropped from above during the job; disconnected exhaust hosing to roof vents; oil slicks in the driveway from leaking trucks; exposed, unfinished sections left at the end of work days during the rain, etc. Today, months later, I find the entire perimeter soffit area is destroyed from exposed nails (nails used were too long for plywood?) and resulting shattered board that will need significant repair (just when I thought this nightmare was over). This has given me a bad experience with HomeAdvisor and, obviously, with this contractor. My advice: talk to your neighbors that have lived in the area for a while and they'll know the good firms.

Hired in February, did not start job until July, and then only because I started to push. They did a very unprofessional job that basically looked like this was the first roof they've ever done. Took 3 guys 1 day. Having other roofers give estimates on what repair cost are as my roof now rolls and has pockets which will became 'ponds' on my house if it rains. Owner came and look and said it was good and the new was put over the old, then told me it was illegal for me to get estimates from other contractors.?.?.? I am willing to send pictures to anyone wanting to see........

On time did what they said they would do.
