This company also installed my gutters and drain pipes. They were kind, friendly and professional. All of them from Criss who did the estimate, Jerry who set up so to be done to Derek who did the finishing walk through and papers. The workers were amazing and very nice, it all went much quicker then I expected. It looks wonderful. I'm so glad I chose ClearVision. When it's time to do my siding I will be getting an estimate from them again.

Very professional! I had a family emergency to attend to. They came over while I was away and replaced three roof vents that were leaking in the house. Set my mind at ease and did a great job to boot!

I had a large roofing replacement project I needed done in the dead of winter. I was a little concerned about doing a roof job a this time of year, however ClearVision's team and crew was very professional and worked around the weather conditions and completed my roof as efficiently as possible. Had no issues, got my roof done just in time before having any serious problems, a great looking new roof at a reasonable cost and everything was left very clean. Thank you ClearVision!

So frustrated... I needed my barns metal roof screws replaced and resealed. At the same time, I wanted to have the gutters upgraded to larger, commercial gutters with the attached clean-out filters. I received bids from three contractors. 8/1/19 - While Clear Vision was not the least expensive, Sean Fee assured me they could do all the work and advised me, in depth about my gutters. They won my business for sure. 8/19/19 - I met w/ Sean Fee and gave him $4000 deposit. AUGUST - ??? Quite a bit of work was done. Then crickets. Nothing. No contact. The gutters looked really good except that only clean-outs were placed on the north side of the barn, but not the south side. OCTOBER - I have to call because Sean is not returning my emails. Is the roof done? The gutters are all upgraded, but do not have clean outs on all of them. What the heck is going on? NOVEMBER - Derek Batchelder calls me back. They changed project managers and the roof project still needs to be done. I was VERY specific: YOU MUST LET ME KNOW WHEN YOU ARE COMING SO I CAN MOVE HORSES. No call, no notice, nothing. 11/14/19 - **The work is all done, here is your Final Invoice** (Of course, it is wrong). I am charged for clean-outs on all the gutters. Derek gave me a $200 credit after I complained. The deposit read $3100, not the $4000 I put down. 11/18/19 - Corrected invoice w/ the credit for the missing clean outs and $4000 deposit. 11/22/19 - Bugging me for payment. I let Derek Batchelder know that I was going to have my handy man go up and take a look at the roof to be sure it was done correctly. 11/27/19 - Bugging me for final payment (wish they would have been that motivated to get the work done). My guy did get up on a ladder and look at the north side of my roof. It appeared to have been done. I let Derek know the he would have payment no less than 30 days from the final, corrected invoice (12/18/19). 12/5/19 - Derek threatens me with a late fee of 1%. Sure wish they would have been in that much of a hurry to finish my work. I accepted the late fee and asked him to invoice me. 12/13/19 - I mailed $2555 to the address on the invoice: 7685 SW Cirrus Drive, Beaverton, OR 97008, (503) 313-2850 12/20/19 - Derek says he has not recommended the final payment. Maybe because the address on the invoice was wrong? On this email signature it reads, **Clear Vision Construction LLC, 8110 SW Nimbus Ave, Beaverton, OR 97008.** 12/21/19 - I am teaching a riding lesson in my barn and get dripped on. then I look around and see NO LESS than NINE leaks in my supposedly finished roof. Of course, the South Side where my handy man did not check. I am FURIOUS, to say the least. I have attached a photo of the leak. So, what recourse do I have? The only reason they got two stars was because of the gutters and Seans help. He gave me some very good advice on the gutters needed for my barn. Otherwise... maybe run from these guys... Or keep a VERY close eye on their work and invoicing.

Really appreciated Lee's expertise that ended up saving us money vs the other companies who bid the job. He let us know that we didn't need a entire roof vent cap since we have an attic fan. Communication with the work crew could have been better. Had to seek them out to ask questions about ongoing work. Daily clean up could have been better. Crew damaged the gutter helmet-but not really their fault, we should have had the gutter helmet company remove it ahead of time, Just a heads up for others. Satisfied on how the project turned out. Would use them again but hopefully won't need to with a 50 year warranty. In person follow up with Derek was helpful to answering any remaining questions at project completion.

I am writing to give an unqualified recommendation to Clear Vision Construction. They installed our new roof. They were not the least expensive of six (6) bids from roofing companies we considered, nor were they the cheapest. But they impressed us as being the straightest shooters and the most honest. The others that were higher-priced were disingenous, and the lower-priced companies were loosey-goosey. Clear Vision was impressive in several respects. They were responsive (they returned phone calls right away), worked the job from start to finish expeditiously without being sloppy, and were professional. They were nice, too, and answered all our questions. The other impressive thing about them: their roofers are employees, not subs, and therefore have a stake in the job. They also offered affordable financing we took gadvantage of. No company is perfect, but our experience with Clear Vision was a positive one. A roof costs as much as a new car. It is important to choose wisely. We did, and recommend them without hesitation.

As it turns out according to Lee at Clear Vision, we don't need a new PVC roof. I appreciate his honesty and ethical approach to business. I'll definitely call them in a few years when I do need a new roof.

Over all We are happy with the job Clear Vision Did for us. The workmanship was over all good. I did see some things out of place but not a real big deal. The customer service in the beginning was a bit rough. I guess one owner did not want to honor our start update While the other owner DID THE RIGHT THING....THANKS to Michael and Gerry on getting it thru to the owners. After that The job went very good. Communication was great and there team listened and helped us make the right decisions as the job got finished. We got a 50 year roof with gutters. Thank you We are happy with the job, the roof looks great. Especial Thanks to Michael who sold us the job and walk us thru it and was there every step of the way and Gerry for being the leader Clearvision needs guide this company.. You are doing Great in your new Job. Again Thank you two.

Excellent, the workers were very professional and responsive to questions. The initial salesman/inspector Lee, was great explaining the pros and cons of each option.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Excellent communication and customer service from everyone I dealt with. Started with getting a bid from Bryan. Everything was explained from start to finish. The guys doing the roof updated me on their progress and cleaned up every evening. After the work was complete Derek came out for a follow up to see if we were satisfied and to see if we had any other questions or concerns. Best and easiest decision was to hire Clear Vision. Our new roof looks fantastic!

Good communication

The crew that worked on our house did an outstanding job. They cleaned each day, and there was no damage to any part of our house or yard. They worked very hard each day. We were very happy with their work, and our new roof.

This is an excellent company! My roof was installed by skilled, hard working professionals. They worked efficiently and carefully. They took extra care around plants and the koi pond which I was very grateful for. Victor and his crew were terrific. I was also very impressed with the teamwork and responsiveness this company demonstrated. There was never an instance where any question failed to be addressed in a timely manner. Thank you to all that I had the pleasure to work with!

The salesman was great. He promised excellent customer service. Based on his presentation we hired them, despite the fact they were not the lowest bid. The roofers repeatedly left a mess. We found empty water bottles throughout our garden. We found many dozens of roofing staples and nails, pieces of roofing and worst of all, shards of sharp metal trim. I walked outside to my garbage cans and the sole of my tennis shoe was almost cut in half by razor sharp metal. We were not warned to tarp our finished attic spaces. We were left with sawdust, roofing material and more staples and nails in both attics. The salesman promised that since our skylights had to be removed, that his men would thoroughly clean them inside and out. We had to have a man return to do that after the fact. My husband called Clear Vision and asked that they send someone to clean up the mess in our attics. Although a man was scheduled I was told twice during a phone call that they were not obligated to send someone and that it was costing them time and money. The same person also told me they had not been obligated to clean the skylights although we had been told that was part of our sales package by the salesman. I found the project manager to be condescending, snotty and unprofessional at best. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. We have had multiple construction projects done in our home and have never encountered these problems. Just to be clear, we have never requested a discount or the return of any money from Clear Vision. All we ever wanted was a well completed job.

timely inspection; timely receipt of estimate; had to project a project date due to owner availability. Completed work in 1 1/2 days. Cleaned up the work site. Omar and Eric were great!

A really important aspect of my experience with Clear Vision was that they did a great job of staying in contact with me. I didn't have to chase them down to get questions answered - so important! The work crew was also very responsible and easy to deal with.

After paying and them setting a maximum time to make repairs, they did not show at all. I told them I had a absolute must do by one month, it is now 37 days and they are cutting into my time to finish by Summer end. I have discussed with them and want my deposit back. They did not meet terms of their own contract.
