They are so considerate, and are very professional in their work. They work was marvelous, they are very efficient and very clean. They are wonderful.

the price was great, product wasamazing. the communication wasnt what i expected. they delivered the 20 sheets of plywood in the rain on the grass without a tarp to cover. then said it maynot be worked on for 7 to 14 days. so i moved it inside my garage, changed the keypad so the roofers could access it, told the sales guy and the lead of the project about it, so they could tell the workers. when i got there when they were working, i asked home many sheets are you replacing? he responded they were never told about plywood. Told those 2 guys in charge again, hey i set up a ladder in my guest bedroom, go in the attic and check out which sheets of plywood need to be removed. nope never happened. they just picked whatever it seems like and replaced possibly still good plywood and left some black mold ones that i actually wanted replaced. so now im going to just spray the mold killer, rmr 86, on my own time. next time I'll just takes a couple days off of work to make sure things get done how i wanted them to.

Did a great job on my roof repair. They are going to replace my entire roof in the spring when the weather warms up.

I started the process in Aug. 14 asking 12 of the same questions to seven different contractors. My wife and I sat down and reviewed all written notes and decided on Clear Vision. The salesman was quick to respond to all questions we had. During the process of signing the contact we were told the work would start second week of October, one of the reasons we went with this company. Well to make a long story short they didn't start until Dec 30 and finishing the next day. We wanted the whole process finished for tax proposes the same year and if you ever work outside in the cold craft men ship can diminish in bad weather. The final walk threw and payment process didn't happen until after the first. We were happy with the overall work, there were some issues, but they came out two days later and took care of them. Would I use this company again well they seemed to do good work, price was good and they addressed issues, so I would consider them again. Biggest problem seemed to be communication between departments. Lesson learned next contracted project have them put it in writing the start date and completion date or use another contractor that will make that commitment.

The work I contracted Clear Vision to do in September was finished today. There is some touch up painting yet to be done, but the actual roof has been installed and is to my satisfaction. I was asked if I would hire this company again, I would not. I think the quality of the work is good, the product used was good as well, but getting to this point has been arduous. My project was not a huge project, and I was originally told it would be completed in about 8 weeks. They got around to my project 5 months later . They lacked communication in regards to my project and I feel that because it was not a huge project I was put to the end of their priority list. I will not have them bid on the roof of my home.

The initial projected start date to install my new roof was off by about 3 weeks due to rain delays, not much could be done about that but I would have appreciated a more realistic projected start date the day I signed the contract. Once they did start the project however, it was completed swiftly, and quality of workmanship and materials used was excellent and the cost was more than fair.

The only thing I did not like was that I dealt with many different people depending upon the status of the job. But they made it work. Things I liked: They used great materials; they displayed high quality workmanship; whenever there was a problem, it was handled immediately; what I wanted was important. I'd recommend them to anyone seeking high quality for a value price.

Had a lot of issues with communications, scheduling and follow through. They made an effort to resolve them, but took 12 weeks to finish everything. Workmanship and roof quality is ok.

They showed up and completed the work within the timeframe they projected. I would have liked a little more contact from the company once they were contracted. BUT, the roof is great, and we get lots of positive comments and questions about it.

This was an insurance claim (after storm damage) to replace my entire shingled roof. Everyone I dealt with during this project was friendly, conscientious, and they did a great job...from tear off to final clean up. They also replaced 48 feet of cedar fencing that was damaged by the storm. I would definitely recommend this company.

Prompt and very well priced. Sean Fee was very easy to communicate with, whether it was phone, email, or text. I think there was a small delay in getting the guy out to do the job, but it was a small, non-urgent roof repair that it really didn't matter. I basically knew the scope of the project and was really happy with the price they charged. I have a large roofing project on another house I need to do in the next few years and will definitely call these guys back for a bid.

This company really stood out from initial estimate to the final roof. The guy who came out to give an estimate was thorough and quick and not a salesman like the other companies we talked to. It was very difficult to get the work done because it never stopped raining for weeks. But the first day of sunshine, they came and worked quickly. They finished our roof in 2 days and we couldnt be happier with the result.
