We looked at a dozen or so homes before we finally found one that we both liked and that Chris thought to be a good purchase for resale as well as looking out for various issues that might cost us money down the road. Once we found a home everything was a breeze with very little required of us. There were multiple offers on the home we were after and Chris helped us navigate through the sale with ease. She was able to provide references for inspections and handled scheduling them and providing access for them so we didn't have to do anything. We Highly Recommend and would definitely use her again.

Description of Work: We contracted Chris Monty, a ReMax agent, to help us find a home. She was fantastic! Every conceivable angle was covered in our search. We began our search long before we had to buy so the pressure was off. Additionally, this was our first home purchase, so we were not trying to off-load an existing property in this turbulent market. Chris helped us sort and sift through our options. She was very, very patient as we viewed a few dozen properties over about a year. When we settled on a home, she led us through the process, step by step. We became more and more confident in her knowledge and abilities as the process went on. She was able to help us determine our best mortgage options as well. Finally, she came to all three walk through's, all signings, and the key exchange!
