We have worked with Cris Holmgreen construction before and have always found him to be honest, reliable and hardworking. Would use this company again.

Work involved updated electrical, tile floors and sink surround, tile showers, floor heating, adding a new shower, replace jacuzzi tub, plumbing changes, new lights and exhaust fans, plasterboard, cabinets, countertops, fixtures, lights. With the exception of his plumbers, who didn't clean up after themselves, all subs did excellent work. Only downside is that the job went on for several weeks longer than originally agreed upon. And yes, I'd use Chris again.

The contractor was very professional and on time. He was very precise with his quote. He paid a lot of attention to detail. All the subcontractors that he used were excellent, professional and came on time as well. I would definitely use their services in the future too.

Generally went well from bidding to completion. Took about a month longer than expected because one of the large windows was damaged twice in shipping (in essence, had to reorder it twice). Contractor was very diligent in catching the damage and getting supplier to replace the windows. Pella was responsive as well. Only gripe was that the damage occured at all - a handling issue between factory and jobsite. Incurred no real inconvenience or cost because of damage. Very happy with new windows, so far. Look good and work well. Had slightly higher cost due to rebuilding of surrounds on two windows that were seriously out of square. Extra cost was fairly priced.

He is very honest and straight forward. He meets his commitments.

I did have a few estimates for this job and Chris wasn't the cheapest by any means. Actually, he had the highest price however his reputation and quality of work was well worth it. My doors work wonderful. They came in my home to begin working at 8:00 am and left at exactly 3:00 pm. They did not waste any time. It was winter time and it was very cold and they still did all the work from the outside. They were just so very nice all the way around.

They built it in two and a half days, and did a fantastic job. They arrived promptly each morning, and removed all debris before leaving each afternoon. Chris is friendly and professional, and he returns phone calls in a timely manner. He had to reschedule the start of the job by a few days, but called several days in advance to let us know. My neighbor had a similar platform built by Chris a couple of years ago, and recommended him. I would absolutely use his company again.
