Description of Work: Alex painted the exterior of our home, including trim and new gutters. Prepped thoroughly by pressure washing, caulking all cracks and joins, and scraped/primed as needed.

Description of Work: We had Vladimir paint our two story entryway, formal dining room, master bathroom and several window frames as we were getting it ready to sell. He and his crew did an outstanding job on each area. They covered everything to insure nothing got paint on it, masked off fixtures, etc. They arrived on time and completed the job within the time promised. His work is impeccable and attention to detail is head & shoulders above other painters we had hired over the years. We were so pleased with his work we hired him to paint the interior of our new home. We had Vladimir and crew paint the hallway, dining, kitchenette area, kitchen, master bedroom, master bath and garage. We also hired a millwork contractor to add wainscot in the hallway and dining room plus millwork on the dining room pillars along with crown molding. Since this was all handcrafted we hired Vladimir to spray paint the millwork with oil paint. This is a time consuming process and great attention to detail is required not only to insure a smooth finish but also insure overspray is contained. As a direct result of his paint prep, masking, paint containment practices we had ZERO overspray! And once again, Vladimir exceeded our expectations the millwork paint is as smooth as a newborn baby's bottom. Vladimir is the real deal and you can truly see he takes pride in his work. Description of Work: Painted family room, play room, 2 bedrooms and 2 feature walls.

Description of Work: We were updating our home in preparation to sell it, and needed interior and exterior painting done. Vladimir and his crew painted the entire exterior, including front porch and two rear decks. The interior was completely painted, too, including all doors and trim. Knowing we were on a right turnaround and that their work had to be done before the rest of our improvements, they were eager to get started, worked around other service providers and were cognizant of deadlines we had. They came back toward the end of the remodel job to touch up and fix some areas, and did so gladly and promptly.

Description of Work: I used the services of Cascade Painting Enterprises for interior painting few years ago.

Description of Work: He stained the front door that I had installed, fixed a gate, and patched and textured drywall.

Description of Work: Painted 2 bedrooms, 1 bath and ceilings in living room, family room and hallway.

Description of Work: They were to paint the exterior of my 2 story house and the shop building, coordinating with the new siding contractor, scraping and priming as necessary on the trim, old windows and porch. I asked them to repair a damaged post where my pup had chewed out a big chunk right by the front door! They were to do a power wash on the porch, shop and other places that were not new. I also asked for a bid to do a limited amount of interior work: an open stair well and the upstairs hall ceiling. They were to coordinate with the siding installers and gutter contractor, which they were willing to do.

Description of Work: Peeling latex stain was removed from a large deck and a new finish applied. First the deck was power-washed and then the old stain was removed (a difficult job). Then the deck was sanded to remove any remaining stain and a new coat of oil-based stain was applied.

Description of Work: Alex and his crew painted 10 rooms, stairwell, and entranceway hall. He repaired cracks and even one place on the kitchen ceiling that was not part of his bid. He texturized where needed and removed cover plates to keep the paint off. He refinished the front door and the LR bookcase (sprayed) with several coats of glossy varnish. These two items were about $850 which was on top of the painting.

Description of Work: Alex, the owner, was contracted by someone working on the house to paint the front. We also got him to finish painting the entire house, as well as refinishing the deck and power washing the driveway.
