I have used this service several times in the past few year. They have always done an excellent job and this time was no different. Gabriel came prepared, knowing I have a large carpeted area. He had extra long hoses. He inspected the carpet, sprayed the problem areas and got to work steam cleaning. He worked quickly by thoroughly.

Super friendly, got the job done quickly and thoroughly, fresh and clean carpets in multiple rooms and stairs in my multi pet household 👍. And they got me in for an a Appointment within just a couple days.. comparable pricing to other contractors.

Adam was great, he showed up right on time and had the repair done within 30 minutes. I had an extra piece of carpet, so he was able to use that to patch a small area at the door to our master bedroom. I will definitely use them again when needed.

A little disappointed, the teck appears to have done a good job however, I don't think I should have needed to clean up the carpet fragments after completion. Also in making appointment was told 10% discount for Angies list. Teck said no discount for minimum charge.

Carpet Surgeon did an excellent job. After 2 years we had a problem with the carpeting buckling in our bedroom. The Carpet Surgeon came and fixed it promptly and quickly. Adam and Jacob called ahead as scheduled and arrived on time and ready to work. They were dressed for the job and both well groomed and respectful of our building’s vendor protocols. I hired Carpet Surgeon to do my project and another neighbor and couldn’t have asked for anything better. We have an 18 y/o carpet in good shape, but in need of a little TLC. It now looks as good as when it was installed. Adam’s creative approach meant minimal arrangement of furniture and no removal of baseboards.

The cleaning was adequate at best. When I politely pointed out one area that wasn't as clean as the rest of the carpet, and that might benefit from some additional work, the technician didn't know what to say. After a couple minutes of awkward silence, he mumbled that it "might be wear and tear", and walked right out. He sat in his truck for several minutes, and had the office call me to arrange for payment. Although the price was reasonable, the work was not as hoped for, the technician's attitude was poor, and I would not recommend this company.

They're definitely a step above the ones that advertise out there. They're quality is good and I will continue using them.

The carpet looks as good as new. They matched the pad height that needed to be replaced, the seam is barely visible, and the carpet was stretched to look new. Even the transition to tile looks great. They restored the space to pre-incident conditions.

The original installer did a lousy job. Glen fixed it. Over time the carpet by the kitchen entrance from the living room has wrinkled making it hard to vacuum. I was so impressed with this business that I am having them out this month to fix it. Price is very reasonable.

I have them many times for many different things. I highly recommend them. They installed some rubber mating, repaired a door frame and some carpet stretching. They are professional. They are knowledge. They have good workmanship. My interaction with them is very positive. They work was wonderful, more than expected.
