My experience with them was excellent. I called them when I had a situation where I had to get some cleaning done right away, and they sent a guy out within a couple of hours. He did a very professional job and was in and out quickly. The price was fair; he quoted me $125 for the work. They were an excellent company to work with. I would rate them highly and would definitely use them again in the future if necessary.

When I first called I spoke with Tess, who was incredible helpful and friendly. She was able to make an appointment to have my carpets cleaned within the week. This was a last ditch effort to save my carpet (light cream color) that I had ruined by trying to spot clean with Oxi-Clean. My treatment had only made the spots darker and dirtier looking and although I had tried steam cleaning it myself, it looked horrible. As the carpet had been discontinued, I was looking at having to replace all of the carpet in my apartment. Nick and came out this morning and was able to get the spots out (along with a number of other stains) so that my carpet looks almost brand new! They were prompt, professional and courteous. I cannot tell you how appreciative I am! They just saved me a couple thousand dollars in product and install. Thank you! I will use them again in the future and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Carpet Surgeon is an excellent company. The machines they use do a superb job of cleaning. Our carpets are always left looking brand new after they’ve completed work for us.

They cleaned it several other times. They were going to come out again today and they were honest enough to tell me that those spots would keep coming up. They didn't overcharge me. I'm very happy with their honesty and professionalism.

I called the Carpet surgeon and needed to have the carpet stretched on very short notice. They accomodated our schedule and came very early so that it was done prior to closing. Glen was very professional, knowledgable and was able to stretch without cutting the seam. I sell real estate for a living and this was my first experience with carpet surgeon but I would absolutely recommend their services.

It went great. They scheduled an appointment for a Saturday, which was the day after I called. Nick called me to tell me he was on his way and was running a little early. He measured the rooms, gave us a quote, put in the new pad and reinstalled the carpet in 1-2 hours. I was amazed he was done so quickly. We can resume to normal living again.

Glenn came out and gave us an estimate the day after I contacted him. He was very friendly and helpful in explaining the process and what we needed to do to prepare for the work (minimal prep). The next week we had Nick out to stretch the carpets and he did a great job.

we were so pleased with carpet surgeon. they responded quickly to our request for cleaning - came out the next morning promptly at the appointed time. Stacey was our cleaner, and boy was he awesome!! we could tell he took a lot of pride in his work, and did an immaculate job. we will definitely hire this company again. plus, we felt we were charged a fair price, and also received both an angie's list discount, and a military discount (my husband is a retired veteran)

Very well. The technician was well prepared and did a very professional job, quickly and thoroughly.

They sent a very polite representative named Wade to estimate the job within two days of my call, and scheduled the job within a week of my call. (Wade and another employee also did the actual work, so I knew they knew what I wanted.) We prepared well by moving all small items off the carpets, and removing lamps and breakables from larger items that we wanted them to move. This was a very thorough cleaning, because we have had the carpet for ten years and 99 percent of it had never been professionally cleaned before. It came out looking great. The job was done between 1 pm and 6 pm in the afternoon, and it was very thorough, and not rushed. The carpet in our family room waved up a little bit, but was flat and tight again within a day and a half. One other area upstairs waved a little, but was flat again the very next day. Our job entailed 3 bedrooms, a huge master bedroom with walk-in closet, two offices, two very long hallways, a living room and a family room. Our house smells and looks very clean. We also appreciated the business-like but cheerful work attitude of the two people who did the job. They protected the corners of our walls very well, and our furniture seems none-the-worse for having been moved around.

Wade came to my home and gave me an estimate and told me what to expect in terms of prep for cleaning the rugs (moving furniture and so on). He arrived as scheduled two weeks later, and work got underway. Wade told me that I was well prepared and that helped speed the process along. He completed the job in about four hours. I had nothing on the floors where they needed to clean. In addition, I had most of the larger pieces of furniture on sliders. Wade took care not to let the hoses and so on drag on the stair banisters and walls. I was happy to see this because I had just done paint touch up. He took the three area rugs out to the garage to clean. I was a little concerned that they might not hold up under the heat and steam of the rug cleaner, but there were no problems. The colors held fast and brightened up ten fold. It took about five hours for the carpets to dry. ***UPDATE FROM 10/21/10***I put all the furniture back after the cleaning, to include those plastic mats used to help office chairs roll. Well, last night, I noticed something black under one of the mats--that's right--mold. I had put the mats back too soon. I had to call Glee at Carpet Surgeons this morning and ask them to come back. Wade was at my house by 1:30 this afternoon and cleaned the mold, which involved dragging that monster cleaning hose up the stairs. I couldn't believe it. They were both so responsive and courteous about the whole thing, and the mold was my fault. Is there any way you can post this? I think they went above and beyond the call of duty.

Nick arrived within the time we had scheduled. He had all the necessary tools and materials for the job. We looked over the work and he went to work. An hour later everything was done! Spots that other carpet cleaning services had tried to remove were gone. The carpet in the powder room was flat! The carpet from the dinning room to the kitchen was properly attached and the carpets were spotless. I'm very satisfied

Much better than I was expecting... I thought I was going to have to replace large chunks of carpet. They came in, looked at the damaged areas and informed us we could stretch most sections and wouldn't have to do any patching. After looking things over, they took about 30 min actually making the repairs. Very happy with their service and the results.

They were able to stretch the carpet for us, which was nice. I was very pleased and happy with their overall service.

Arrived promptly and completed work in a timely manner. Did an excellent job. Have never had the carpet cleaned and then have it dry so quickly.

I had a puppy that pulled up the edge of the carpet where it meets the hardwood. I had an old carpet square which he was able to clean and make the repair with. It was perfect work.

Very prompt and professional. Was a more difficult job that we originally thought because of how the carpet was originally installed with seams crossing the doorways a few inches inside the room. They were very careful not to damage the new tile and were consciously about the finished look. They were able to do more than I expected.

Bleach was accidentally spilled onto our green carpet. Luckily we had a extra piece of the carpet, so they were able to repair the area. We feel they did a great job and appreciate their professionalism and promptness.

Nick showed up on time and got right to work. I talked with him for a while and he's a salt of the earth kind or guy. He did precision work and did it quickly. When the repair was done I couldn't even tell there was ever a problem. Nice work Nick. I will definitely use these guys again.

It was a positive experience. I was happy with the work and happy with him. His seaming was very good.

Our carpet had big dark blotches in the entry way and in various places throughout the living room and dining room. Carpet Surgeons did a great job cleaning the carpet. Wade was very friendly, professional, and helpful.

They charged $325 because I had 2 bedrooms to be stretched and then I had them clean the 2 bedrooms, the hallway, and the dining room. I would give them an “A” on price because the guy did a really good job of stretching the carpet and also on cleaning the carpet.

They supplied all the labor and I supplied the materials. I've used them several times. They are very dependable and they respond very quickly to any phone calls for service. I've had them clean my carpet and they do a really great job. Some of their services are a little bit more expensive, but the quality of their work and their responsiveness and professionalism is without question. It is worth the extra cost.

Very good. He came out to clean the rugs and was very professional. On the area rugs, he checked the cleaning instructions to make sure the appropriate cleaning method was used. He gave us instructions on how to dry the rugs so they wouldn't damage our hardwood floors. He was very neat, did a great job and cleaned up after he finished. He was very honest and helpful.

When Glen came, he explained to me that we didn't need new carpets for at least 4-5 more years, and figured out that by cleaning, rather than getting new carpet, we would save about $6000. When two of his employee's came to our home, they were on time to the minute and they were clean-cut and friendly. They worked together very well and I enjoyed listening to them interact with each other. They were a great team and worked really hard. It was easy and comfortable to have them in the house for the 6 hours it took them to do all the work. They spent the morning stretching the carpet in the hallway, living room, and the master bedroom and master closet. They also removed the lump of bunched up padding by pulling up a large area of carpet to get to the spot. Then they shampooed everywhere there was carpet. We had moved out most of the small furniture and they worked around and moved the larger pieces so that every square inch of carpet was cleaned. I had five strange yellow spots in three different bedrooms that were here when we moved into the home and could not be removed by the last carpet cleaner who we hired. When Carpet Surgeons left, those spots were gone. However, the next morning as we looked over our beautifully clean and dry carpet, the five yellow spots had re-appeared. I called Glen, and within a few hours he returned my call and told me his men would be here the next afternoon. Quick response! One of his men came the next day, once again when he said he would, and used a heat treatment and some special chemicals to get rid of the yellow stains. They are now completely gone. I can't believe I put up with those stains as long as I did, and I'm so glad to finally have them gone. The carpets have never looked this good to us, since when we moved in they were already stained. I would (and already have) recommend this company to anyone who needs anything done with their carpets. If you do indeed need new carpet, Glen can help you choose carpet that works well for your needs. Before talking with Glen, I had never thought to ask a carpet cleaner which carpets hold up best and don't show dirt as easily, but Glen is full of help along those lines. I wish I would have known about this company a long time ago. I believe it would have saved us money on some new carpeting we purchased a few years ago. Either we wouldn't have needed to buy it at all, or we could have made a better choice, with Glen's help. Great company! Very service oriented, professional and friendly.
