They were very professional and everything looked beautiful when they were through.

Barry showed up right on time shook my hand and introduced himself. He measured all the rooms and then set up guards to protect the furniture and hall way from the hoses. He did a GREAT job of actual cleaning! He went back and forth more than once and really cleaned the carpet well. It took about 2 hours and the the carpets dried in about 6 hours. He was so friendly and nice, I would have him clean my carpets again in a heartbeat! Very good job!!

They were great from the first phone call to the completion of the work. We originally scheduled for carpet re-stretching only but when I called to see if they could fix a squeak in the floor, they worked it out. Actually the owner did the floor fix. They were on time for both the estimate and the service. I highly recommend them.

They are very kind people and they did a good job. This is the second time that I have used this company and they were good the first time so I chose to use them again this time.

Quick and easy, looks great.

I needed a small burned spot repaired. The repairman was great. Showed me exactly what he would do and even how to fix superficial burns myself. He was courteous, quick and my carpet looks great.

They came on very short notice, did a great job. We have tile on the floor in the bathroom and utility room plus tile on the kitchen counters. All of it sparkles now. Same with the carpet. I love these guys and will use them again.

There were lumps in my parent's carpet. My father is 90 years old and in poor health. The lumps in the carpet were a trip hazard. The Carpet Surgeons came out immediately and did an excellent job of stretching the carpet. No more lumps in the carpet to for Dad to trip over. They moved furniture and then put everything back in place. They cleaned up their mess and vacuumed before they left. I am very happy with their work.

We really enjoyed having them work in our building and will have already found more work for them to do. They were very helpful in suggesting how we can better maintain our carpet and why the glue failed on our floor. I can't say enough good things about them. It is so difficult to find good service people today - that understand customer service and are willing to educate customers about why thing happned, and how to prevent them in the future.

We started using Carpet Surgeon a few years ago based on a recommendation to us. We became fans immediately. I called for a rush appointment and had a really horrible carpet. They were so fast and understanding in their response to our needs. This particular time, our carpet required a second visit and there was no hesitation on their part to accommodate me the next day. What keeps us coming back is the customer service. You can get anyone to clean the carpets - you can't get this level of customer service from most. They take pride in their work and want to ensure the quality. I can't say enough good things about them.

Although the message I left on my initial call was not returned, I got through on my follow-up call. I was very pleased with the level of service I received. The tecnician was on time, friendly and professional. He paid particular attention to the areas soiled by the pets and the carpets came out looking great. I would definitely use them again.

Arrived on time, provided a quick cost estimate then proceeded to set up and clean. Felt that the cleaning was thorough and complete. After drying, the carpets appeared fresh and new.

The project went very well, although I wasn't actually home while they were cleaning, so I can't speak to the staff's professionalism other than to note that they arrived on time. The place looks great. I will probably use their services again.

He arrived right on time, after calling to confirm his arrival time. After taking a look at the large ripple in the carpet, he gave us a final quote and after we approved the cost, he did the work right away. He did a wonderful job - very pleasant and did a great job!
