I had put this off too long and don't know why! The technicians were super easy to work with. They arrived on time and even offered to fix our squeaky floor for a very low cost. I was very pleased with that! Highly recommend them.

When I initially called, I was given a half-hourly rate for service. In order to get a better idea of what the cost would be, I provided Glen with pictures ahead of time and he gave me a quote. Adam, the installer, called a half hour before the appointment to let me know when he would be arriving and arrived on time. He quickly got to work and was extremely professional, friendly and expedient. At the end of the job, it turns out the amount I was quoted prior to the repair was greater than what the hourly rate would've been. I asked Adam about this and he spoke to Glen, who then gave me the half-hourly rate and also included the 10% Angie's List discount. I really appreciated that they kept to their standard rate and didn't try to charge me the pre-quoted price (this was a $70 difference). I would definitely hire them again for any type of carpet repair!

Adam show up right on time and went right to work stretching the carpets and Glen showed up about and hour and a half later and went to work stretching the carpets. Glen was nice to repair a chipped tile at my fireplace as well. Then after all the stretching was complete Adam started right in on the cleaning and then Gabriel cleaned the stairs and Adam finished up cleaning the living room and dining room with the total time of about 5 hours. Everyone was was very nice and professional, but I feel Adam was outstanding! I would always want him to do the work.

Glenn, from Carpet Surgeon was on time, wore booties and assessed correctly the area that needed fixing. Did an excellent job and knows his trade. The carpet had a ripple in it that was driving me nuts. It's in the major walkway area from the kitchen to the hallway. Every time I stepped on it, it felt unnatural and felt like I had stepped on a dogs toy. I was grateful I could find a company who would come out and fix a minor problem, especially just before a major holiday. Thanks you guys! You did great! I will be using your services again in the spring for carpet cleaning.

Carpet Surgeon arrived at the scheduled time and was able to splice in a piece of carpet (we had a some left from the original installation) in a 2'x8' area where we had previously removed a built-in cabinet. The repair was virtually imperceptible. We are very pleased with the workmanship and the professionalism.

Glen did a fantastic job. He looked at the spot and our piece of replacement carpet and told us exactly how he would use the replacement carpet to ensure that there isn't a noticeable difference in the carpet. He was fast, and it looks fantastic. I would defintely use Carpet Surgeons again.

I consulted Carpet Surgeon in regard to buckling in carpet of a rental property. Buckling was occurring in 3 separate rooms and I was concerned that dry rot might be responsible. Glen lifted a portion of carpet in hall -- not in one of the damaged areas -- which really didn't reveal the problem. He suspected underlayment might have been installed without the proper allowance for swelling, and he discussed with a friend who had been in the disaster restoration business who said it could be caused by moisture rising from dryer vent, poor plastic barrier in crawl space, etc. and which would involve cutting the underlayment and replacing the damaged areas. I ended up replacing the carpet in the living room and hall with Pergo. The problem was inadequate nailing of the underlayment. The installers were prepared to replace but felt it was not necessary. I will have the underlayment properly nailed in the other affected areas and carpet stretched......and will contact Glen for a quote at that time. .

We had a heavy carpet installed about 5 years ago. The installer did not stretch the carpet enough. He came out and stretched it but again not enough. For the last 2 years we have been looking for a carpet company that could fix the carpet. We had one fellow come out and he said it could not be done. The challenges were having floor outlets, great room and with a floor to ceiling free standing fireplace with carpet all around it. Nick from Carpet Surgeon came out and totally saved the day and the carpet. How he repaired the multiple bulges and made seams that are totally invisible I do not know. He even cleaned our carpet after the repair all within the $700 price. The price was very reasonable considering the alternative to having replace the carpet was wonderful. We cannot say enough good things about them, their professionalism, effiiciency, skill and timelyness. We would recommend them without hesitation. We will schedule him back to clean the carpet for us. Thank you from a very grateful customer.

Glen showed up on time, gave us a detailed estimate, did the work beautifully, and provided numerous tips on carpet care. He's a very pleasant fellow and the work is top notch!

The initial bid appointment was a no-show. I called about an hour after the scheduled time and it looked like his last job went long. So, I rescheduled for a different day. He made up for the next time by calling 30 minutes before the scheduled time and said he is on his way. Bid seemed higher than originally estimated, but made good impression, explained everything, and seemed eager to please. He was able to schedule an appointment the following week. Nick was the installer and he was punctual and professional. He helped me move the furniture without charging me. He was patient while we vacuum where the furniture use to be. He was friendly, clean, and meticulous. He did a fantastic job....the carpet looks like it did 10 years ago. We started on the wrong foot, but ended on the right one with like-new looking carpet. It's a small company, but high quality. You get what you pay for. I would highly recommend this company for carpet repair.

Nick and Adam arrived about 9:30 and were done by 11:00. Our carpets look like new again and they are almost nine years old. Nick and Adam were very courteous young men and a pleasure to have in our home.

We hired Carpet Surgeon based on the recommendation of Carpet Classics the firm that installed the carpet. It was the first time the carpet had been cleaned since it was installed and we wanted to make sure it was done well after a disastrous experience with an earlier cleaner on our downstairs carpeting in the family room. We were not disappointed. Carpet Surgeon arrived on time and did a very professional job. The carpet looks excellent. We are in the process of selling our home and those viewing it have commented favorably on the appearance of our carpets. We would certainly recommend this firm to others.

Amazing! From our first meeting to the completion of the work Glen the owner was great. He was pleasant, on time and straight forward about what needed to be done, the cost estimate, how long it would take and when it would be scheduled. The time line and quality of the service was exactly as promised and the results are amazing. Glen and Adam removed several rug ripples in numerous rooms and cleaned the carpet when finished...the carpeting looks brand new. The best experience with a private contractor ever. We are getting ready to sell our house and needed to have the carpeting stretched in most rooms of the house. I was a little concerned about how this would be done with a house full of furniture. Carpet Surgeon is the company to go to for your carpet repair needs. We scheduled an estimate, and were pleased with the cost, but also with the explanation of what would be done and how it would be done. We have some pretty heavy pieces of furniture, which were no problem. Two technicians arrived on time and quickly went about their business. The quality of work was outstanding. They did a nice job of cleaning up as well. We estimated a time block of 4 hours, but they were done in just over 2 hours, leaving us as very satisfied customers. Since we will have the carpeting cleaned after moving out, Carpet Surgeon provided a highly discounted cost for doing this work at a later date. We couldn't be happier and would definitely use them in the future.

Barry called before he arrived, arrived at the scheduled time, cheerfully worked around the other (unexpected) workers at our home, and did a great job with the cleaning. He first measured and gave me an estimate. When I approved it, he moved the big furniture, spot cleaned the stains, and left the whole area much cleaner than I expected him to be able to get it. I got a 10% first-time customer discount, which certainly sweetened the deal. This is not the least expensive carpet cleaning option, but they are very professional, from the first call to the whole cleaning process, and they do excellent work.

Nick did a great job. They even moved the furniture. They were on time, were clean and professional, and the carpet looks great. I've scheduled them to come back and shampoo the carpet and clean the upholstery on my living room furniture.

Service person was 30 minutes late but had called ahead which I appreciated. He cleaned all of the carpet (except under beds and large furniture) and stairs in entire house. I had already moved furniture up and out of the way and asked to clean whatever was exposed. I was given a quote of $325 over the phone and service person (Berry) wanted to confirm cost so he measured the areas that needed to be cleaned and come up with $275 as the price. The original price already included the 10% discount from Angies List. Berry did a great job and all of the spots were removed and the carpet looked almost new. The carpet was a bit damp so I let it dry over night before putting the furniture back in place. We used Carpet Surgeon several years ago and have always been pleased with their work. I would recommend them and use their services again.
