+ -1 moreThere were some problems with punctuality because of mistakes with a new hire at the office who got the time wrong. But when I called to ask about it the owner got here as soon as possible. Was friendly, and didn't charge me because of the error. Something I did not expect.
Description of Work: Had a bee swarm in a hole in the garden that needed to be removed. They first made sure it wasn't honey bees or others that needed to be relocated instead of killed. This company completed the service and did it well. They were friendly and professional. Will hire them again, and will gladly recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Called Bugs and Beyond LLC after discovering a large bee/hornet/wasp nest close to the front entrance of our house. We were informed that they had no one to service the Vancouver area anytime in the near future. We will call other providers, and not call Bugs and Beyond LLC in the future.

+ -1 moreThe man who runs the company, Jon, is very good. They offer a natural, or chemical treatment, which I like having the option, as I prefer natural solutions. Jon offered me a cover for the mattress which seals the bed from incomings pests, which he ended up charging the cost he pays for it, which came out to much cheaper than the price sold in stores.
Description of Work: I have a housemate who brought in bedbugs with his luggage so I called them out.
