Description of Work: My windows are double paned storm. There are 3 very large and 5 large. They're great for keeping out weather, but a nightmare to clean. I emailed this info to Bill and he responded the same day. We made an appointment, he came out and gave me a price - then went to work. I'm not sure HOW, but he got all surfaces. He did a good job.

Description of Work: Bill came out to give us a quote, then came out then next day to perform the service. He does residential and business window cleaning. We had the large windows in our house (approximately 30) cleaned inside and out, reming them off their mounts. He phoned to ensure we were happy the next day. Great guy, good value. Can't believe how much more light we get withe windows cleaned. Easily saved me a weekend of frustrating work (plus I am sure I would have broken one)
