the papers were signed in july with the move in date to be november then december then jan and so on until the final move in was april 10 months later there were zoning/lot line problems due to a wetlands that the builder and the county were having to resolve arbor kept us informed at all times and gave us additional compensation for all of the trouble of having to wait the person that we worked with at the design center was helpful and informitive the quality of the construction is very good, the finish work is good and the reps that we worked with even went around and found issues that needed to be corrected before we even saw them and noted that they would be fixed all of the dealing we had with them were very good and they were always extremely professional I would defintely recommend them to build a home

Overall, our experience with Arbor has been great. Our salesperson, Jennifer, did a fantastic job for us. We received weekly updates on unit pricing until we made an offer. She was a great help, especially while we were still out of state finishing up our university studies. The happy ending to this story is that we made our home purchase through Arbor and financed through their preferred lender (bonus incentive was included). It was a pleasure to work with the Arbor team and we would do it again!

The builder was nothing but wonderful! They ran into only one small delay, all work was done professionally and looks to be of excellent quality. Shane was our representative and was VERY helpful with everything and prompt to respond when called for minor problems after move-in.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ARBOR WAS GOOD, BUT THERE WERE TIMES THAT WE WERE FRUSTRATED WITH THE PROCESS. WE HAD NEVER BUILT OUR OWN HOME BEFORE SO WE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT TO EXPECT. ARBOR HOMES LED US THROUGH IT AND NOW WE HAVE A WONDERFUL HOME.
