Description of Work: They serviced our LG refrigerator, by fixing a plugged drain and also replacing our ice maker. They were helpful on the phone, and identified the problem from my description of the issue and Since I also wanted the ice maker fixed had me get all of the information so they could have the correct model available when they cam on site.

Description of Work: My refrigerator quit cooling so I searched for a repair person on the Internet. The local appliance place is slow and I haven't been happy with previous work so I was searching for someone new. I found the Appliance Wizard and gave him a call. Walter asked what the issue was, got someinformation from me, and stated he would be at my place between 12 and 2 that day. He arrived at 1:30. He told me what the problem was, showed me where the problem was happening, and told me what the necessary repair was. In under 45 minutes he had my refrigerator working and even cleaned up the mess that he made - it was a messy issue.

+ -1 moreOur dishwasher is under a home warranty. When it started malfunctioning, we submitted a claim. The home warranty company assigned Appliance Wizard to assess the dishwasher. The tech no showed the first scheduled visit, a 2 hour window of time. When I contacted him after the no show, he offered to come "any time" on Saturday. We agreed upon a one hour window, from 10am-11am. He showed up over half an hour late, didn't call to explain that he would be late until he was already at least 15 minutes late. He spent 10 minutes looking at the dishwasher and charged us $55, saying the dishwasher would need to be replaced and he would contact the home warranty company with his recommendation. The interaction would have been satisfactory, B level, had he not no showed and then arrived late without calling during the agreed upon appointment time.
Description of Work: Came to house to assess malfunctioning dishwasher.
