they do not service LGs Dryers/ I did not use any of your recommendations. the first 4 companies I called they did not service LG appliances.

Available for next day service call on newer Frigidaire Pro dishwasher. Computer fault detected - too costly to repair. Therefore, no work performed. Very professional and trustworthy.

I have actually used this company several times over the years and have always been pleased. The owner, Tracy, has always been responsive, shown up when he says he's going to, charges reasonable prices, and is able to fix stuff, what else can you ask for? This time my dryer needed help; I called him on Saturday and he came out Monday morning. Turns out a pencil got inside where the motor is somehow..he got that out, and cleaned the lint out front and back and in the vent..I also had him take a look at my washer and turns out the agitator was not working properly on that either. He had the part in his truck and he fixed that too; whoa what a difference!; good as new. He did all of this in about an hour. The other thing I like about him is he is honest about telling you whether something is worth fixing....anyway, I highly recommend.

My dryer broke on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and scheduled a service call for the following Monday. The repairman arrived on time and replaced the element, related wires, and thouroughly cleaned the lint form my dryer. The repairman was very professional and able to fix the problem in less than an hour. My dryer has been working fine since then.

The technician was prompt and courteous.We wasted a week on "fixes" that didn't address the problem- but Appliance Doctor guarantees their work for one week and will send someone back out free of charge if you aren't satisfied.

My experience with them went very well. They also did the cleanup of the mess in the kitchen. It was good. I liked what they did. I would recommend them to the other members. They did the work very quickly. They were very friendly and knowledgeable. Their price was average.

They just charged me for the service call. I think he was honest when he told me that it would cost too much to repair. He also advised me on what to buy and which direction to go for my new washer.

He was good, and we would use them again. I only have a positive recollection.

Excellant experience. Tracy called ahead of time to arrange appointment and get make/model of refrigerator. He was on time, got right to work. Turns out that both the Ice Maker unit and the water solenoid needed replacing. He had both parts in his van. He replaced both and tested to make sure new units were functioning properly. Overall, a very satisfying experience.
