A good friend recently purchased a new car and called around for estimates on coating her car to protect the paint from chipping when hit by pebbles, etc. She was initially impressed with the information presented on the phone and the way it was presented. No hard sell, just clear facts. She was quoted a much better price than the dealer. I accompanied her to the shop and later drove her there to get her car at the completion of the job. I was impressed by both the quality of the work and the professionalism of the staff (John Farris). My friend, having more experience that I in these matters was very favorably impressed. I thought it might help to pass this information along. I will use this company if and when I have a car that requires this type of service.

Apex was very responsive and able to get me in right away. They were spot on with their estimate. They explained the process of how it would be fixed. And they finished it when they said they would.

My 1999 Subaru Forester had lived through the rigors of outdoors life in Minneapolis, Spokane, Seattle and Portland without a serious ding until I started parking it in a new office garage last winter and accidentally scraped and dented the rear passenger side trying to avoid a large inbound truck at a corner. I hadn't had any body work done before and checked Angie's List first for shops near my office. APEX was the first I called and John Farris got me right in for an estimate. APEX does high end and custom work, but John treated my job like any customer, was positive to work with and gave me several options for the repair. While I was working through my insurance claim and getting estimates from other shops they referred, John kept in touch and was able to work with my budget and timing. The team at APEX was young, energetic and did a quality job at a fair price. Put APEX on your list.

Everyone in the shop was pleasant. They loaned me a car for use while they fixed mine. The work was excellent - I cannot see the repairs at all.

John's bid was about half as much as another body shop's quote (autobodybeautiful). He had the work completed within the day (compared to the other body shop estimate of 2 days). The work was immaculate. It looks like I have a new bumper. He was honest and did the work for the amount quoted.

I felt like a part of the group when talking to John (Owner), and Eric (tinter). They were very friendly and knowledgeable. THEY Took care of a problem that I didn't know could be fixed this well. Thanks again!
