+ -1 moreVery well. Angel had some trouble with his workers showing up for work, so we postponed the job for a couple of days; no problem for us. Angel communicated very well, kept us posted on when he's be here. His only problem was with dependability of his workers.
Description of Work: Cut down and removed a tree; then ground out the stump and roots.

+ -1 moreFollow-up was poor, I had to call to ask if they forgot me. They did a good job once they came and did it. I also feel they over charged me and by that time, I was in a bind and didn't have any other option. I would not recommend them.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. Andy came to my house on Thursday night to give me a bid and it was done that weekend. I came home Sunday after church and the yard was spotless! I am definitely recommending his company to all my co-workers and friends. I had gotten bids from 3 other companies and although Andy's wasn't the cheapest I went with him because 1: The other company's bid guy was scraggly looking and their trucks looked beat down. I don't think even had a license and kept wanting to "make me a deal!" 2: Two of the companies' workers didn't even speak English! I had a really hard time even trying to explain what I wanted, and when I asked about the lines in the ground I don't think he even knew what I was talking about. 3: Andy was professional and walked me through the tree removal process. I was worried about it falling on the house! He was very easy to talk to and ask questions. I can't believe it's actually gone.
Description of Work: I had a very large tree in my front yard that was half dead. It needed to be taken down and the stump to be removed. Andy and his crew came to my house and took down the tree without any problems. He also took it upon himself to call the locater to get my lines checked before the whole process to ensure there wouldn't be any problems with the removal of the stump. He took away all the tree trunk rounds (it had to be taken down in several pieces) and then came back the next day to do the stump. The stump was removed cleanly with minimal damage to the surrounding grass lawn area and he even leveled it out AND put down a patch of sod! He even raked up the leaves that it left behind! You can't even tell the tree was ever there! It's beautiful!
