Did a good job but they had no follow up and the tech was not very knowiedgable of warranty on camera or guareentee of work from company.

Mike did a great job on the install of two cameras but I am not happy with no instruction on how to use the software! So I'm left on my own to work out how to use the play back and software.

Mike and Bill did a great job installing my security cameras. Run into a couple of my cameras not working so I had to replace them but AVS are going above and behind to re-scheduling to finish my project.

Arrived on time. Were knowledgeable. Everything done as promised.

The problem was told to the office staff but they only wrote up a very brief and innacurate description of the problem for the tech who showed up. The technician was knowledgable and corrected the problem. The security system is working again with minimal fuss, time and expense.

Jason was the service person and he tried to repair..found it was a dead system. He went out of his way to talk to the original installer and find out what alarm pad to get..left my home went back to the office and got the right part (within 1 hour) and replaced and set up the system and helped me understand it. He was great!! An asset to the company.
