Description of Work: Alpha Environmental provided radon testing and then, based on the results, installed a radon mitigation system in my basement. They were prompt, courteous and professional at all of the appointments. The ventilation fan was initially installed on a side of the house that was too close to the property line (i.e. didn't comply with local ordinances). I didn't even realize this, but when a supervisor came to collect the last radon test, he noticed it and had someone come out to change it. I appreciate that they proactively dealt with the issue without waiting for a complaint from my neighbor or from me and that they were very quickly to fix it. I would not hesitate to recommend Alpha Environmental to anyone.

+ -1 morePrice seemed to match going rate and work was done within a week of my calling to get quote. I wasn't home when they did the work, but the person who was onsite called me with lab results. He also left me a soil sample (which I have stored in freezer for possible future tests). I discovered that they didn't fill the small vent pipe hole and they came back a few days later and did that. My only frustration was getting the ''report'' on work done in timely manner, hence the grade of 'C' on punctuality. I called a month after work was done and was told they have 60 days. After 60 days I called again and they scrambled around and sent off a few sheets to me (Certificate of Completion, paid Invoice, DEQ database info entered on my tank, analytical report from lab, chain of custody form for samples).
Description of Work: Residential underground oil tank pumpout and fill, removal of vent pipe, plus testing. Testing revealed some leaking. However ppm were such that it can be ''cleaned up'' with additional tests.
