She would not answer my question and persisted in telling me that I was giving HER a hard time. I ended up hanging up the phone. I am NOT impressed with their customer service.
Description of Work: I called to ask how to get rid of a Christmas tree, if it was more than just my regular trash fee, should I put it in the yard debris can or beside the trash. The lady would not answer my question until I gave her my address and asked ME why I was giving her such a hard time. I told her that it was a simple question that needed answered and she did not need a bunch of personal information just to see if I was a client of theirs. I told her that I KNOW I am a client because I write them checks every billing period. I DON'T want them to have information so that they can bill me for a special pickup that I did not request...it's happened before.

This is a weekly trash/recycling service. They are not dependable, don't always come when they are scheduled, don't always pick up everything - they often leave one recycling bin full. They charge for extra bags even when they skip a week. They are way overpriced for the service they don't provide.

THE COMPANY STAFF HELPED ME DECIDE WHICH SIZE AND TYPE WAS BEST FOR MY NEED. THEY WERE POLITE. THEY DELIVERED WHEN PROMISED AND PICKED UP WHEN PROMISED. THE DUMPSTER WAS CLEAN. THEY PLACED THE DUMPSTER RIGHT WHERE I TOLD THEM TOO.
Description of Work: THE GARBAGE COMPANY DELIVERED AND TOOK AWAY A DUMPSTER. IT WAS A SPECIAL ONE JUST FOR YARD DEBRIS.
