Tim got the tankless installed in a day, engaged with the gas line folks as well and made sure everything was professionally handled, including the inspection. Trustworthy guy, will definitely use him again if needed. Work was done 8 months ago and still functions just as promised.

Tim was at my home in a timely mannor. Removed work shoes before walking on hardwood floors. Gathered all necessary tools, did not have to make multipule trips to his service auto. I have had several contractors that burned up my time and money going back and forth getting things from their truck they should have brought with them the first trip. I was impressed with Tims knowledge and organizational skills. He comes from a family of plumbes, so even though he looked young to someone my age, his skill and knowledge is impressive. When he was finished he cleaned up the area and put things back. Tim worked fast, effeciently, and professionally. He could have taken more time and charged more, he did not, and that restores some faith in people who do skilled tasks. I have had some very troublesome experiences. Can't say enough good about this individual.
