All Weatherization

They got the whole project done in 1 day. They were very fast and efficient. They are a little higher priced, but the quality of their work far exceeded my expectations.

I made an appointment with Brian from All Weatherization to come over and give us an estimate. He showed up and inspected the attic, crawl space and the rooms that I told him were on the cold side. He emailed me an estimate which was a few thousand dollars less than the other company that I phoned. With the large discrepancy, I decided that it was time to join Angie's list. I read the reviews on both companies which helped me to feel comfortable going with All Weatherization. We set up a day and time for the work to begin. The crew showed up on time and started in the crawl space. We have a one level ranch house in the shape of a horse shoe so our crawl space has low clearance, tight spaces and is like a maze. The crawl space took them two days due to the set up down there. The two workers, Setelo and Mauricio were wonderful. They arrived around 7:30 in the morning and would work until 7 or 8 at night. They spent two days under my house, removing the old insulation and installing the new stuff, covering the pipes and they even discovered that one of my ducts was detached which was why the crawl space was warmer than our house. Setelo was able to reattach it for us at no extra cost. On the third day, it was time for the attic which was done in half a day. They cleaned up every night when they left and they were professional. I have already recommend them to one of my friends and we will use them again when we decide to have more insulation added to our walls. Brian completed the paperwork for the rebate with the Energy Trust of Oregon. I mailed in the rebate paperwork and the invoices marked as paid that All Weatherization sent to me. Within a month, I received the full refund requested which was a little over a thousand dollars so in the end, it only cost me $3K to have a more energy efficient home.
