Excellent performance. Got a quote a couple days after calling, but they were so booked up that the gutter cleaning service was not available until the following month. They called several days before they could finally make it and did a fantastic job. Very thorough and polite.

I called for estimate, and they said the estimator would be out between 2 - 4pm on Friday Dec 28th, and would call before to confirm. Never heard or saw anybody after that!

10entent All Surface sent two men to do the work on the roof, they were very courteous and did an excellent job.Iwill hire them again for gutter cleaning and any roof work.

I called for an estimate last January. I did not get around to actually scheduling the work till this October. The January estimate was still honored. There was no problems with the scheduling process. Three men arrived in a well marked pick-up on the date and time agreed on. They were professional. The work was accomplished in just a few hours.

We had a very god experience with All Surface Roofing and Construction. They came out right away to give an estimate, and were very honest and up-front with what they recommended. He explained everything clearly and gave a price range. I called a few weeks later to schedule the service. I also asked for services to be completed at the low end of the price range, because they are a little pricey. I think their service is worth their price, but it is still a lot. They came out, on time, and completed all the requested services in a timely matter. They did a pretty good job of cleaning up, but not great. I know there are a lot of pieces to clean up, but they dropped several nails, which we're still finding, and lots of small wood pieces were still laying around the yard. The only small hiccup we faced, was apparently the crew was supposed to leave an invoice but they didn't have one. I even asked. I had to call the office the next day and ask, and they promptly mailed it to me. So really not a big deal.

False starts, poor communication, and a callback needed to correct the initial roof repair. They used too much pressure to clean our mahogany deck, resulting in some warped and skinned-up deck and trim boards. The office's concept of scheduling/dispatching crews is not homeowner-friendly. (Examples: A crew arrival @ 2:45 PM is not "the middle of the day", and attempting to send a prior crew into I-205 traffic at 5:00 PM that would likely arrive with less than 90 minutes of fading daylight to stain a deck didn't make sense.) I relied on the preponderance of A-rated reviews to engage this contractor, and on our jobs they didn't live up to the hype. We've had every trade you can think of come through this property in fifteen years, and All Surface is in the Bottom 2 of those experiences.

They arrived on time and performed cleaning. The job took about 2 hours. As they were leaving I noticed they forgot to clean the gutters over a nook area on the back deck. It would be easy for me to clean, therefore I decided not to bring it to their attention. The workers put all the ladders on the truck when one man remember the gutter they forgot. He removed the ladder and finished the forgotten area. Good Job!!!!

I got them from Angie’s list and they had very good reviews. He did a very good job. He came in two parts because the second part was six inches roof and getting the mask off and putting an anti mask on it and cleaning the gutters and washing the house which he did really well. He came in two parts because it was almost raining and they had to have a wait until it wasn’t raining as they had to put the anti mask on it. We have a lot of rain and lot of shade and the roofs get blackened from mask, so they scrapped that off and did a very nice job, and they said they’ll come back because some shovels were broken or had cracks. They also cleaned up the mask on driveway. He was reasonable. They were on time. They were very cooperative. They were quick and wonderful.

All Surface had originally cleaned our 7 yr old composite roof July 2009 and had given us a 3 year moss warranty. We called All Surface to let them know that the moss had returned over 2 and 1/2 years later and without question they happily scheduled a crew to come out with in a week to clean the entire roof. It took 2 full days but they did a fantastic job! If I could have one suggestion it would be that they let us know that the re-cleaning would not include cleaning out the gutters. We would have gladly paid what would have been necessary to clean them out at the same time.

Overall they did a great job, provided a fair quote and then came in under-budget. Miguel came out and spent about 1/2 hour diagnosing two leaks I had in my roof and flashing. His free quote included a price range between $250-$650, depending on how many shingles they needed to replace to fix the two leaks. Seemed reasonable to me, so I called back a few days later to get on the schedule. The reason for the 'B' in punctuality, is that I re-arranged my work schedule so that I can be at home for the quote. I was advised that someone would be out between 8am-10am, but my wife had to call around noon to ask if anyone was coming. They office apologized and said the paper work was lost, but they would send someone over right away. Within 30 minutes Miguel was at my door, at everything went smoothly from there. The job came out better than I expected. They replaced alot more shingles then I thought they would. Well worth the $525.00 to get the job done right. I will use them again when it comes to replacing my entire roof.

Overall job was done, just way too much money!

Overall, I was happy with the work they did. However, I think it would have been nice if they would have offered to clean the skylights as well. That’s something that was missed, and my skylights will remain dirty until I have the service done again.

I found All Surface's ad in the monthly Angie List magazine and gave them a call. Miguel came out the very next day to take a look at our leaky roof problem and provide an estimate. He called en route to let us know that he was going to be a bit earlier than expected which was great. He found the problem after only being on the roof for a few minutes. Tom came out the following day and reflashed the skylights which, unbeknownst to me and my husband, had been installed incorrectly by a previous contractor many years ago. He worked quickly and was very neat and cleaned up thoroughly. We've now had several rain events and our bathroom ceiling is dry, no more leak! The company then sent us a nice thank you note for our business along with offers for gift cards which was very much appreciated.

All work was done in a very professional manner. Jason and the crew kept me advised of items that needed attention. Very prompt and courteous, very friendly crew. All clean up was performed at the end of the day. I will make sure to call again for a future roof or gutter needs.

I had a very positive experience with them. Basically Adam the guy that was working for them was very responsive and they also did a very good job on the roof. There was an issue which they forgot to take care with regards the gutter guards. So they came back and did it for free and did not give me any hazel about it. They are very customer service oriented. Price wise I received four bids and they were the lowest. Quality wise I had to change a couple of things. I actually recommend them to others and if I need them in the future I will use them again.

There were mujlitple steps that had to occur in a set order to get at the problems, allow the chimney repair to take place and still get the roof cleaned and treated in a coordinated manner. Their interaction and follow up with me and the other company was excellent and the only delays were weather related. I was very satisfied.

They have a dedicated office staff and they are available, whenever you call. They were punctual and charged the same as estimated. They did a very good job and are dependable. There is no problem with their availability or schedules. I have used them about 2 to 3 times earlier and will continue to use them in future.

A friend recommended this company. I checked with you (Angie's List). Called for an estimate. Talked with the representative after receiving the estimate. He explained the moss preventative to me. Scheduled a time and date. The workers arrived as scheduled and completed the lst day's work. Because of the rain, they scheduled the remainer of the work (moss preventative) several days later when the weather was dry. They arrived and completed the work. At this point, I am completely satisfied with the work and look forward to years without moss growing back. Thank you for your help.

They gave me an estimate and they were informative and good. They were very prompt and did a good job. The price was average.

Great experience from the start. Our estimate and POC was contractor, Adam. He was courteous, responsive, and punctual. He spent a good deal reviewing our estimate with us in person at our home. We had to wait a while for a weather window, but once scheduled, the 3-men work crew worked diligently through weekend and completed the job in 2 days (as estimated by contractor.) Some suggested improvements (minor complaints) were that the work crew placed their ladder on the gutter resulting in some dings, and some roofing material found in yard, though majority was cleaned from site. Overall, a great experience and will look to this company again in the future!

They did such a poor job during the installation that they had to return and start over. Everything went well during the second installation.

I called All Surface because our window washers had noticed a slight discoloration in our skylight off our masterbath. We called this company based on the great Angie?s list reviews. Miguel came out to inspect it and said that we have a slight leak and that our skylight was tinted and some of the tinted material was peeling. I asked if we could just have it resealed. Miguel said we could but that he didn?t know how long the seal would last. He called right there to see how much a new skylight would cost ? one that wasn?t tinted since we really have no need for it. He said the price would be $325 and that included installation. He said they were booking two weeks out. We called the next day to schedule to have it replaced. They called about a few days later to let us know that it arrived and to schedule an appointment to have Miguel install it. I gave them a day and said that I wanted to be home at the time of the repair and mornings would not work. They said Miguel would call the next day to work out the time. On the scheduled day, I had been out all morning and I came home to expect a call from Miguel. I called the company to find out when he would be out and to remind him to bring the warranty along with. I never received a call back. I did go upstairs to find the work had been already done. I called the next day and reminded them to send a warranty. I think it wasn?t until the third call that they actually got the message about the warranty as it only appears on the invoice. They said the skylight company doesn?t actually provide formal written warranties. The work they did was good and with a good price, but I wish they had listened to my instructions and followed my request that I be present. I also was disappointed that they did not have all the warranty documents ready at the completion of the job. I would perhaps use all surface again if next time they clearly follow my instructions regarding scheduling and provide proper documentation upfront.

They were very responsive, professional and polite. Leak was stopped. They recommended that we repair the pipe jacks as well and price was reasonable. We have used this company once before and had a positive experience as well. I will use them again

All the contacts were positive with two exceptions: One, we should have been told how the roof would look after the new shingles were put into place among the old shingles. THE REPAIRED ROOF LOOKS LIKE A PATCHWORK QUILT and we are embarrassed at its appearance in our neighborhood. Two, the first roof repair crew broke an electric outlet cover, trampled flowers and tripped a ground fault detector in our garage. The second crew that came replaced the electric outlet cover and apologized for the trampled flowers and the tripped ground fault detector. The company owner and the company estimator were always professional in their communications with us.

The cleaned everything off then treated it a few days later after it stopped raining. Overall, they got the job done.
