Description of Work: They tore off a shake roof and put on asphalt shingles, put in 4 new skylights and added some extra attic ventilation. The roofing was fine, doesn't leak, took longer than expected due somewhat to weather. Skylights look like a very poor fit, with a shoddy look on the inside of the window well, some exposed nails and hanging strands of old sealant. Roger says they don't care about the inside of the well, they just do the outside. The added ventilation looks a bit shoddy and unfinished, with somewhat poor planing on the fit. The ventilation was added (at extra cost) after we had accepted the bid because someone from the company came by and said we needed to have it to help keep the roof cooler. The roofers somehow broke a porch light globe. Roger offered to pay for it. It was an expensive Italian blown glass globe that is no longer available, so we needed to replace all 3 lights to make things look proper. He said he would come by and install them after we picked them up, but my wife doesn't want him on the place, so we will get an electrician to do it. Overall we just expected to have a much better experience, especially for what we paid.

Description of Work: They were there about 10 minutes. I expected more. They caulked a few nail heads, and told me about cracked or missing shingles. That's it.

Description of Work: We had some leaks in our sunroom, and so decided to buy a roof inspection deal. They arrived on time, and cleaned up some stuff, sealed some places that might have been leaking and gave an overall inspection report with advice to look for contractor's who specialize in flat roof's. The seals must have worked because we no longer have a leak. Not bad for $100 if it gets me through another season without having to replace the whole roof.

Description of Work: Repaired and upgraded low quality roofing work, specifically flashing around the chimney and skylights. Did a nice job despite nearly forgetting to clean the gutters. Overall quite happy with their work.

Description of Work: All surface replaced 5 skylights (4 large 2' x 4', 1 smaller 2' x 2'), de-mossed our roof and replaced some damaged shingles. They were on time, professional, and they did an excellent job (they don't just put some powder on the roof & call it good like some other roof people we have used, they were up on our roof with stiff wire brushes and did a spectacular job!) They also cleaned up after themselves completely each day, never leaving supplies or debris behind for us to maneuver around. I will use them in the future for all our roofing needs for sure!
