Description of Work: Pressure washed back patio with good fair results. Front walkway and driveway was another story. The sidewalk looks great but the driveway has huge areas of splotches it looks like the wand was randomly sprayed. When it was still wet it wasn't visible so I couldn't have ten correct it when here. I have hired someone else to redo.

Description of Work: All-Surface was fast, professional, and did a high quality job. In some ways they went over and above my expectations, for instance helping to move a dog house which was overlong the patio we needed cleaned. My only challenge was that it was a little tricky to schedule the appointment, as they prefer to work down a list of clients sequentially rather than committing to a specific timeslot which is what we needed. But when they realized that was important to us they made accomodations to schedule at a specific time. Great company!

Description of Work: They were very understanding when I explained that I had not read the terms concerning their reluctance to clean brick patios...and very quickly agreed to my request for a possible cancellation.

Description of Work: This company is excellent. They powerwashed all of my hardscape and did it perfectly. The fellow cleaned up all of his mess and wiped off my windows and cleaned around the front door. When he left, the whole area was sparkling clean. I am again using them this year.

Description of Work: Pressure washed outside of house. Only did shoulder height anything above was not touched. Its a 2 story house no ladders were used. Poor job took less then an hour for 1 man to complete not worth $150.00.

Description of Work: Using a Big Deal purchase I arranged to have 1000 square feet of driveway power washed. This was the best value I've ever gotten from a Big Deal offering. My phone contacts setting up the appointment were courteous and professional. They made an effort to meet my time constraints. The two polite workers arrived on time and quickly got to work. My driveway, short walkway and porch somewhat exceeded the 1000 square feet, but they generously included them at no extra cost. The results were change making in the over all curb appeal of my home. It looked pristine and welcoming. I look forward to using their services again.

Description of Work: THE MEN ARRIVED ON TIME, CHECKED ALL THE AREAS BEFORE THEY BEGAN TO WASH. COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY (,IN ABOUT AN HOUR). THE JOB LOOKED CLEAN WHEN THEY FINISHED.

Description of Work: Bought a Big Deal for power washing for $149. Got a call from provider saying they wouldn't come to my area. This was not clear on the Big Deal promotion. I was figuring they would offer something to make it happen...perhaps an added travel cost. But they offered nothing and came up with no alternatives nor alternative providers. I then had to do the work of getting my money refunded thru Angie's List. Angie's List staff, as always, was exceptional. The provider however was not.
