All Surface Cleaning Company

In May of 2016, they brushed all the moss off the roof, cleaned the insides of the gutters, and applied Comp Guard, a product they warranty for three years against moss re-growth. They left the outsides of the gutters dirty. I specifically noted to the sales person that I wanted this done. After calling them about this, they returned the next day and cleaned them up without issue. There was algae build up on the portion of the roof where the top roof gutter drains to the bottom roof. They did not do a great job cleaning this up. They returned also to do the job properly without issue. After the heavy October rains, the moss returned just as it did the prior year. The Comp Guard was intended for this not to happen. After calling them, their assessment was the product wasn't applied correctly or maybe missed entirely. They returned again and brushed the moss off the roof and applied, or maybe reapplied the Comp Guard. The roof looks clean again. I will re-comment again in the Spring as to moss re-growth. All in all, the company is very responsive to their customers needs and issues and seeks to please their customers. However, I felt the quality of work left a lot to be desired.

This company not only returned my call, they sent someone right over to do an estimate. I accepted their estimate and repair was done eithin a month. Price was a bit high but I was happy with the work and professionalism of All Surface.

Very well. Four people showed up - they were in and out in an afternoon. Cleaned up after themselves. Pleased with the service.

It went well! George, their estimator and customer service person came out to look at the job. He said my vinyl was oxidizing and also he saw the stripes. The vinyl was put on in 2001 and it's a Legend home. Unfortunately that siding isn't made anymore because a couple times I've gotten a "small hole" in the siding and it's tricky to fix it. The color is a light grey and apparently home owners have had more trouble with that color fading than any other color. George said he wasn't satisfied with the job either and that he'd have one of his crews come out to do a redo. George did talk to the guys about the job before they came out to do it. That's the kind of follow-through, so rare today, that impresses me. Plus George is a very nice guy and knows how to treat the customer. Greg (the lead man on today's job), Dylan and Travis did a very good job today. Also they are the kind of guys you don't worry about having around your house. Very nice guys. They worked hard to make the customer satisfied. And today they did! Their willingness to do the job again until it was "right" for no extra charge makes them superior in my book! Plus they are locally owned. The business is located in Tigard.

Jesus and his team did a phenomenal job building a new chimney cricket, repairing shingles, and cleaning my gutters, concrete walkways, brick walls, and house and carport roofs. I had quite a bit of moss on my roofs and walkways and the transformation was truly amazing. Everyone was very friendly and professional, and worked very hard throughout the two days they were onsite. I will be using All Surface in the future and would highly recommend them!

Great All Surface is a great company and I enjoy having them come out and do what they do best.

They did an excellent job. Even though their work order was incomplete and they didn't have the power washer that they needed, they were able to clean the exterior of the gutters. The gutter exterior looks great. They also chalked some nail and a crack in a roof jack.

It as very slippery. I went in to the hospital for hip replacement and when i returned it was like brand new. No more slipping.

He was a very professional tradesman. He was able to find the problem right away, provide me with an estimate, and stuck by that price. Additionally, I had them clean my gutters, too. I was pleased with the knowledge and personality of the person coming out.

Jason conducted his power washing in a true professional manner. He immediately saw the area needing power washing was beyond the terms of the Living Social agreement. He accurately measured the square footage and we then made the dollar adjustment. Jason represented All Surface very well and he worked his butt off the entire project time. I would want him to return next year. I am pleased with the work.

They quality of their work was excellent. I would hire them again for power washing services. Their communication was very prompt after purchasing a power washing deal, and they were up front that it would be several weeks before the services were performed. They performed the services in the timeframe promised. My only criticism of my interaction with the company has to do with follow through. During my initial contact, I requested a quote for staining of my wood fence. I was told they did perform such services but the person helping me was not able to assist me with this request at the time of my call and told me she would get back to me. I never heard back.

The 2 man crew was efficient and thorough and di exactly as I expected. They knew what to do and we reviewed the work when the task was completed. Perfect!

They were professional, quick, arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and fairly reasonably priced. We have used them in years past and have continued to work with them on our roof. I think they have definitely extended the life of our roof by doing maintenance on it. We will be using them again!

Amazing! The customer service provided was exceptional, and the company was in great communication throughout the scheduling and process. They cleaned some very dirty gutters, and did so without making any mess or disturbance to my house and yard. I WILL use them in the future and RECOMMEND them without hesitation!
