All Surface Cleaning is a very affordable Roof, Gutter and Deck Cleaning service. It is our belief that anyone can do cheap work for a cheap price. Others can oversell the amount of work that needs to be performed in order to justify a “high quality” price. Our goal is to provide what we would want ourselves: VALUE – good workmanship and professionalism at a fair price. Description of Work: All Surface Cleaning Company pressure washed my driveway and front walkway and did an excellent job. I had also wanted them to pressure wash my side walkway, but they said that because of the condition of the exposed concrete , it would probably break up. Instead they pressure washed my front sidewalk, which is quite long, for the same price.

Description of Work: I received a voice message confirming my service appointment for interior gutter cleaning for my 1300 sq ft ranch house, Monday 6/29 and "oh by the way you have an outstanding balance of $111.09 and can someone be there to give our crew a check?". My "DEAL" from the company was prepaid $139 not $260+. Company is closed and I don't appreciate the bait and switch. I confirmed the amount and sq ft twice with the company already. I've called 3 times to only get sent to voice mail. Concerned they'll show up to do the work Monday and require the additional payment (which I will not pay).

There was no bait and switch here but just an honest mistake for which we are sincerely sorry. One of our office staff saw the balance due from Angie's List for this work (after Angie's takes a cut, we don't get paid the $139 but rather only 80% - $111.09) and accidentally mentioned it during her message notifying the customer that we were coming out the next business day. That's it. That's the entirety of what happened. No deviant business practices but just an old-fashioned mistake that we all make occasionally. All of the calls made by the homeowner were placed after 5PM closing on Friday evening so of course they were not answered. Then we were sent a message from the homeowner saying not to contact her again. A simple 30 second chat would have settled everything. While we are certainly sorry that the homeowner though she was getting cheated and understand why she might have wondered that, just staying calm and not assuming someone was intentionally trying to mistreat her would have helped considerably. Things aren't always what they appear at first. We truly make a lot of effort to treat folks well.
