Description of Work: Refinished a front porch and back deck. LOTS and LOTS of sanding required as previous owners used an outdoor paint instead of a stain and needed to be taken down to bare wood. Crew worked long and hard. When it came time to pick a stain, the foreman made two after hours trips to our house to provide samples so we could choose a color we were happy with. There are still some touchups to be down but it has been so wet in the Pacific NW the past few months that we are still waiting to schedule a time for them to come back. | |Communication is good and they were responsive to our requests.

Description of Work: Have 3,314 sq. feet of roof and 230 ft of gutters to clean. Lots of moss in some areas and not so much moss in others. Came out on one day to clean them moss then another day to spray the zinc application. Surprised they came out on a day it rained to spray the application, but the treatment is guaranteed for 1 year so we'll see this time next year if okay. Did minor roof repair too. They were punctual and cleaned up everything after getting the moss off my room (lots of it on the ground. I received 3 quotes and All Surface was least expensive.

Description of Work: I LOVE this company. They arrived on time, listened to my concerns, spent their time cleaning my gutters and a very difficult downspout. They cleaned up better than I do myself and offered me advice on caring for my roof. I will have them back every year.
